Hello friends of Holozing, I hope you are all doing well. This time I'm sharing with you my fan art drawing for today. Thinking about various characters and how I would like to make one, I suddenly thought of making the figure of a wizard. However, I wanted to make a mix, so I took Shinaara and gave him human characteristics to turn him into a wizard who lives in dense forests. I took my inspiration from the Greek god Pan, who was half man and half goat, so using an anime illustration style I made this powerful wizard. Here I briefly share with you the step-by-step process of how I did it. I hope you like it.
Hola amigos de Holozing, espero que se encuentren muy bien, en esta oportunidad me encuentro compartiendo con ustedes mi dibujo fan art del día de hoy. Pensando en varios personajes y de que forma me gustaría hacer uno, de pronto vino a mi mente hacer la figura de un mago, sin embargo quise hacer una mezcla, de manera que tome a Shinaara y le dí características humanas para convertirlo en un mago que habita en los densos bosques. Tomé mi inspiración del dios griego conocido como Pan, que era mitad hombre y mitad cabra, así que utilizando un estilo de ilustración anime hice a este poderoso mago. Aquí comparto con ustedes de forma breve el proceso paso a paso de como lo hice, espero les guste.

I drew the image on white cardstock, starting with a sketch using just a pencil. I first made the silhouette with loose lines, which I then added and shaped, and erased what wasn't needed until I had the complete sketch.
Hice el dibujo en cartulina blanca, comencé con el boceto utilizando simplemente un lápiz. Hice primero la silueta con líneas sueltas las cuales a medida que iba uniendo y dando forma, también iba borrando lo que ya no hacía falta hasta tener el boceto completo.

With the sketch finished, I just started painting the skin, starting with the entire face and part of the arm. I added dark brown to the eyes to give them shape and color, and where necessary, I added black.
Con el boceto ya terminado no hice más que comenzar a pintar la piel, comenzando por toda el área del rostro, así también parte del brazo. En los ojos fui agregando color café oscuro para dar forma y color, y donde fuera necesario agregaba color negro.

I continued painting with the aforementioned colors until the face took shape. At this point, I really liked how it was turning out, as the face looked well-humanized, like a true magician. Now all that was left was to add small details around it to give it substance.
Seguí pintando con los colores antes mencionados, hasta que el rostro ya tuviera forma. En este punto me gustó mucho como iba quedando ya que el rostro lucía bien humanizado, con un verdadero mago, ahora solo quedaba agregar pequeños detalles alrededor para darle esencia.

As I said before, I'll start adding the details that are already characteristic of the character, in this case the deer ears and the enormous crows. I was very careful about how to do this since I didn't want them to look like moose antlers, hehe.
Como dije antes, comenzaré a agregar los detalles que ya son propios del personaje, en este caso las orejas de ciervo y los enormes cuervos. Me fine muy bien como hacerlo ya que no deseaba que se vieran como los cuernos de un alce jeje

Next, I began painting a blue robe that would wrap around the wizard Shinaara, and I also began touching up his enormous horns. Once I finished painting the entire illustration, I used a fine-tipped black marker to outline the entire contour, and that was it.
Después comencé a pintar una túnica de color azul que envolviera al mago Shinaara, así también comenc´pe a retocar sus enormes cuernos. Una vez terminado de pintar toda la ilustración, utilicé un marcador de color negro de punta fina para delinear todo el contorno y así quedó finalizado.
