
On days when you want to eat something deliciously simple without much preparation,using just a few ingredients but still getting a rich, well-rounded flavor that makes every bite satisfying. I recommend the dish I made for my lunch today: Ham Fried Rice
Using thoroughly chilled cooked rice will help the fried rice turn out non-soggy with beautifully separate, appealing grains. And of course, I used last night's leftover white rice. As for the vegetables, feel free to use whatever you like. Here’s what I used:

🥓 Ingredients
- Cooked rice : 1 cup
- Ham, cut into cubes : 1/2 cup
- 1 egg
- Soy sauce : 1 teaspoon
- Seasoning sauce : 1 teaspoon
- Oyster sauce : 1 tablespoon
- Granulated sugar : 1/2 teaspoon
- Seasoning powder : 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped onion : 1 tablespoon
- Chopped garlic : 1/2 tablespoon
- Diced carrot : 2 tablespoons
- Sweet corn kernels : 2 tablespoons
- Unsalted butter : 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable oil for stir-frying

🫕 Procedure
- Beat the egg. Heat a pan , add a little oil. Once the oil is hot, add the egg and scramble until just cooked. Remove the egg and set aside.


- Next, add a little more oil to the wok. Add the chopped onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant and cooked.

- Add the carrot, sweet corn, and ham. Stir-fry until well combined.


- Add the cooked rice. Season with soy sauce, seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and seasoning powder. Stir-fry until everything is well mixed.


- Add the prepared scrambled egg, breaking it into small pieces as you mix. Add the butter and stir-fry once more until combined.


- Turn off the heat, remove from the stove, plate, and serve.

- The deliciousness of this ham fried rice comes from the perfect harmony of flavors and diverse textures in every bite. It's a dish that looks ordinary, but the taste is extraordinary, and it's easy to make, anyone can do it.
