Growth is always painful in the short term, especially when loved ones are involved, having to look at creating a new path for oneself outside of the familiar walls of family is a challenging task. But I do look at it sometimes from a long term perspective, I don't want to have regrets of not exploring the wider world outside of my roots. My roots would always be my roots irrespective of the time or distance away from it :)
