I've always enjoyed adventures, there really is nothing quite like getting out into the world to experience something new and exciting. Over the years I have had many, some have turned out great and others not so much. But I would have to say the positive ones far outweigh the few that were a bit of a letdown.
Not long after high school I decided to move to nation of Chile in South America. A good friend of mine had been offered a job as a ski instructor at a resort not too far from Santiago. I expressed interest in the same job and was offered a position as well. The pay was pretty good and tips great as it was mainly an international tourist destination. That is where I fell in love with South America and the Andes Mountains.
As a coin collector from my youth it didn't take long before I started putting some of that extra cash into silver coins. I built up a pretty nice collection of coins from Chile and Argentina while I was working there. Over the years I have continued to collect coins from Chile and other South American nations, usually silver but some gold as well. There are a few gold coins I have always wanted from Chile as they have always produced nice coins. One I would love to have is the one below:

From eBay.com
Isn't that pretty? I have one that isn't graded and not as nice as this one. This is a graded coin at MS 65 by the NGC (Numismatic Guarantee Company), what that means is that it's a mint state coin as it would have looked right after minting. The 65 is a point score assigned out of 70 possible points, so a really solid and nice coin. Asking price on this is currently $2800 for .5886 Troy ounces of gold in the coin. The total value of the gold is about $2500, so it's not badly priced! That's why this is my pick for day eleven on the Silver Gold Stackers Twelve Days of Christmas
The nice thing about South and Central American gold coins is they tend to come relatively inexpensive when compared to the US or European gold. And many are gorgeous items to add to your collection or stack.

HPUD
I did go ahead and power up for the first of the month, but only ten Hive as I don't have a whole lot liquid. I haven't missed a power up day in the last 21 months, and didn't want to break the streak. So now it's at 22 months!

Gold and Silver
It's been a lousy day in the crypto markets, so I'm not even going to go there. Instead I'll focus on the gold and silver prices since they have been performing really well lately. Both metals are currently being bought up by governments, corporations, and individuals to protect their wealth as there are concerns of economic downturn in the near future
Silver has been performing really well over the last few days. It's being purchased faster than it can be refined putting a real squeeze on the market. As a result those prices are likely to surpass $60 in the next few days. It's a great place to invest, I'm glad I've done it since I was young, it's a great way to build your wealth! Here's a silver chart over the past five days:

From Kitco.com
Gold continues to do well and is holding above $4200 per Troy ounce. Below the chart for the last five days shows it's bullish price movement. It's become expensive to invest in but still can be done with micro gold in one half to one gram amounts. You can also buy Gold Backs although the premium is bit high. I highly encourage everyone to invest in both some silver and gold in addition to Bitcoin! I think it's always to not put all your eggs in one basket...

from Kitco.com
TGLD continues to pay out dividends daily in HBD or USDC depending where you have invested. Prices are slowly starting to climb on the token, it will be interesting to see where it finally hits an equilibrium! In the mean time I'll keep collecting my daily HBD!

That will wrap up my post today for the Silver Gold Stackers Twelve Days of Christmas Day 11, HPUD, and a quick look at the precious metals markets. It came out a little longer than I had planned and I very nearly forgot about #HPUD . I'm glad I kept the streak alive! Please feel free to leave any comments or questions below, and thanks for all of your support. I appreciate all of you here on Hive who continue to engage even with the prices being somewhat sad at the moment.
Have a great week everyone!

I was really hoping December 1st would usher in a new wave of hope and optimism for the crypto markets, but here we are :P Ugh!
Here we are yet again... It's been a disappointing few months now!

A ski instructor right out of high school that sounds like a fantastic way to start your adult life!🤗
I just saw over $58 for spot silver this morning on Kitco, that takes a little bit of the sting out of bitcoin being down to $85,000…. Ouch!😳
I may not be feeling BTC rich lately, but feeling Silver Rich has more than makes up for that.
