I can still remember the day I took picture one, It was my first day of training as a digital marker. I was so excited and had high hopes about digital marketing. I decided I was going to take the picture to remind me of my humble beginnings, but guess what, I'm still in my humble beginnings. Although not as a trainee, I have been able to get things working out little by little, but I am not yet where I thought I would be as a digital marketer. Maybe I would achieve it in my lifetime, maybe I wouldn't, however this was how I looked when I started, and I do not look like that anymore. It's been nearly a decade and I will say I have grown a whole lot.
Picture two was me starting out as a professional. To be honest I haven't taken any other professional photos and should maybe start thinking about creating more memories. However, when I took this one I landed my first small deal just soon after. I have landed quite a number of good sales after taking this picture, and I have used it over and over again for all my professional jobs. Today I will call myself a high intermediate digital marketer and perhaps I will take another one when I am about to start my professional training in digital marketing and when I land my very first professional gig with thousands of dollars l
If there is one thing I have learned in life is that little success makes big opportunities. These are my little successes. Perhaps is time to do more to actualize more success. It's not something that will be easy to do, but I will try my best to make the most of it. It's a good thing I got to write on this prompt, remembering how my morale dropped after finding out that digital marketing wasn't what I expected and those that were teaching me were just like me and knew very little. Well, that story is for another day 😂.
