Day 4, and jumping back on the wagon proves easier than expected. Im feeling stronger mentally and physically. The opportunity for a workout didn't arise as I chose to be a mommy mattress for the cute little dude. Sometimes mommy wins; nonetheless, I added a few movements in my daily regimen, squats here and there, cross-body knee touches, and some side lunges while rocking the little dude to sleep.
Its been a busy day but i managed to reach my step goal as well as the one Garmin set for me. We in the process of renovating our house and the builder we useemd landed up being super dodgy and disappeared. So upset, but now we scrambling to get done so we can move in before the end of the month. Its strange how some people think nothing of your hard earned money and will just disappear with it. What has happened to humanity. This week has been a mental strain and a bit emotional so i have been focusing on keeping my mind healthy as well. I need to, there are 2 little humans looking to me to keep it together. So we do what we must!
So no time for a workout today but the bare minimum was achieved.
Feeling less bloated and stringer all riund. So this just proves that something is better than nothing. 5k a day keeps the fats at bay... for now.
