Hello Frenz and Snaperinos of the world

Iβve got an important update, and I need your help so we can keep this app evolving into the powerhouse it's meant to be. So we can get it into the Google Play Store.
π¨ Weβre Migrating From INTERNAL Test β CLOSED Test
A bunch of you amazing humans are currently flying around in the Internal Test, but Google Play has a⦠quirky rule:
βIf a tester is in both Internal AND Closed test tracksβ¦
uhβ¦ I refuse to give them anything.β
βGoogle Play, probably ππ
Yeah. It makes sense if you don't think about it.
π Why This Matters
To move Snapie and this app toward:
π Open Test (required step)
π Full Production Release
β¦everyone needs to be consolidated on the Closed Test.
The Internal Test is tiny, limited, and when mixed with the Closed Test, it jams Google Playβs circuits.
So this move isnβt optional β itβs necessary for the app to grow its wings.
βοΈ What You Need To Do (Snapie-approved, 100% pollen-free steps)
Leave the Internal Test following this link
β hit βLeave Programβ on the Internal test link.Uninstall the app completely.
(Yes, even older versions. Deep cleanse time.)Clear Google Play Store cache + Download Manager cache.
(Googleβs old hive tech gets sticky.)Use the new CLOSED TEST link Iβll provide below.
Re-download the app from Google Play.
Boom. Youβre in. πβ‘
π How Long Until Open Test?
Once all bees land in the Closed Test hive:
Google needs 24β48 hours to process tester changes.
After that, Iβll be able to submit for the Open Test.
And nope β Google does not let apps skip straight to Production.
Open Test is a forced stop on the flight path.
But once we get it approved, itβs:
- ππ¨ Closed β Open β Production!
Weβre close. I can feel it in my antennas.
π€π TLDR
I really need all Internal Testers to switch to the Closed Test.
It helps things run smoother, avoid the Google weirdness, and gets us closer to full launch. (I know, I know)
Your help right now = faster updates, fewer blockages, and a straight flight path to release.
Letβs get this thing airborne together!

It's sad that development teams need to spend time thinking about stuff like this...hope the change will be fast, keep buidling!
When I go to the link to leave the internal test it says this:
What should I do?
this is interesting... what happens if you click on the closed testing link? does it show you as available?
It says this
Could I try to uninstall Hivesnaps and see if it says something different?
you could try that... im pretty sure i got your email, so this is wierd... you should be in the list.
I'm having exactly this same issue.
you did give me your email through a dm, right?
I thought you did...
I think I was accepted, I see a green tick and "You are a tester," although I didn't delete the app... But I can't see any data if I am a "closed tester" or an internal tester...

sandy, can you confirm to me you have me the email connected to your android? if you did not, send it to me in a dm on discord or as an encrypted memo here.
So nothing to do for iOS users, correct?
