Happy Tuesday, dear bloggers of this community on the move and fitness lifestyle, every day adding kilometers with my daily steps, because yesterday and today I have taken many steps, starting the week very well, taking advantage of the good weather, because although rain has been forecast, it is unknown when it will fall and then I cannot leave the house to go for my walks that I like so much and allow me to be in good harmony, because I feel very calm and well-being.
Yesterday I walked along the highway near my home with my husband, the dog wanted to come with us hehehe, so well for next time we take him, he is very obedient. While we walked, we stopped at a friend's house where they sell plants, so I took pictures, then we continued moving forward, the sun was blazing and the walk was satisfactory.
Today I went for a walk downtown in the morning. I bought a few things, including some fabric to cover the garden furniture. My husband is always attentive to all those details. Then at night I went out for a walk without stopping until I reached 6,000 steps. The night is cool and calm, which is why I like to go out at that time.
I really wanted to continue my night walk, but the sky became cloudy and it started to rain, so I ended today's day. From @actifit until next time, my Adventurers.

Feliz martes estimados Bloguers de esta comunidad en movimiento y estilo de vida fitness, cada día sumando kilómetros con mis pasos diarios, pues ayer y hoy he recorrido muchos pasos, comenzando la semana muy bien, aprovechando el buen clima, pues aunque se han pronosticado lluvias no se saben cuándo caen y luego no pueda salir de casa a mis caminatas que tanto me gustan y me permiten estar en buena sintonía, pues siento mucha tranquilidad y bienestar. Ayer recorrí por la autopista cerca de mi hogar junto a mi esposo, el perro se quería venir con nosotros jejeje, así que bueno para la próxima lo llevamos es muy obediente. Cuando caminamos paramos en casa de un amigo que venden plantas así que tome fotografías, luego seguimos avanzando, el sol estaba ardiente y la caminata fue satisfactoria. Hoy salí a caminar al centro de la cuidad en horas de la mañana compre unas cosas entre ellas unas telas para forrar los muebles de el jardín, mi esposo siempre al pendiente de todos esos detalles. Luego en la noche salí a dar una caminata sin parar hasta llegar a los 6 mil pasos, la noche es fresca y tranquila es la razón por la que me gusta salir a esa hora, en verdad quería seguir con mi caminata nocturna, tuve que parar porque, ya el cielo se puso nublado y comenzó a llover así terminé la jornada de hoy. de @actifit hasta la próxima mis Aventureros .
