抖音这个软件没事了打开看看，里边的内容很是丰富多彩，今天关注了一个关于“生活小妙招”的里边有很多养生知识，废物利用等等，感觉很多都是平时生活中都经常接触的，自己也没有使用过，通过观看自己也收货了不少，比如吃完的荔枝皮，可以泡水喝，第一点起到下火的作用，吃荔枝本来是上火的。第二点荔枝皮泡水喝还可以治疗消化不良。第三点热水泡完洗手洗脚治疗瘙痒的小水泡。关于看抖音

一月一次的班次聚餐在11号晚班下线后超哥的带领下举行，这次聚餐和前几次不一样的是选择的地点不一样，首先考虑到天气温度，刚换季凌晨的温度特别低考虑到大家身体健康和菜品很容易凉而且喝啤酒可能会不适应，然后又考虑到夜猫档的家人可以一同参加，最终选择一家大家经常去和喜欢吃的夜市把菜品打包在店里开了个房间，大家边吃边聊边唱，气氛活跃并且放松，更加符合了大家需求，就像平
