Reward System on Stake House Den

Stake House Den is offers the play to earn concept. The rewards system is not yet live on Stake House Den, but soon it will launch.

Let's learn how the reward system based on the whitepaper.

Rewards Pool System

This is the first thing you need to know. There is a pool for the rewards which will be shared amongs all players who win the game.
The allocation is different for each game, and each of them will given 10 million colony/year allocation, which will split into 2 category :
Standar play (8M colony) and Jackpot pools (2M colony).

Reward Shares System

Rewards for the players are based on reward shares (Rshares). This is a similar system that are applied for the Splinterlands ranked battle rewards.

The formula for the Stake House Den's Reward Share is :
Rshares = (Game Result Factor) x (Hot Sauce)^1.2
Game result factor is the reward based on the winning condition, because there is several winning condition on the game with different rewards multipplier.
Hot Sauce is the bet we put on the each game before we start

And for the game rewards, here is the reward formula :
Game Rewards =
Colony Staking Multiplier X Pool Balance X Rshares /
(Total Rshares 2 Week + Rshares)

So, for the game rewards, beside the reward shares there will be effect from the pool balance, and colony staking multiplier. Once again, staking colony is important for the rewards on arcadecolony !

Jackpot System

Jackpot is a special condition where players can win additional rewards. The chance for it to appeared is very low so players will need to be super duper lucky !

Based on the whitepaper at https://splinterlands.gitbook.io/stakehouse-den-whitepaper/reward-pools, Jackpot pools are unlocked only when players use a minimum of 10,000 $HotSauce in a game. So, it looks like the jackpot not for a random beginner, you have to be experienced gambler that spent at least 10,000 hot sauce to play the game.

Here are the conditions of Jackpot :

=> On Roulette games, players need to pick a single number and hit it. <=
=> On Blackjack games, player need to split the ace and then both are become the blackjack later, meanwhile the dealer doesn't come with a blackjack. <=
=> On Slot games, player have to hit the 777 ! <=
=>On Video Poker (not launched yet), players need to hit a royal flush <=

Players will unlock 1% (TBD) of the bonus pool for every 10,000 $HotSauce they used to play that round. Bigger rewards for brave players !

The luck are yet to come for me, as the result shown that there is no legendary or gold foil cards yet. Out of 15 cards from the 3 packs, I got 5 rare cards and 10 common cards. Not so bad I guess, before the worst is expected to give only 3 rare cards, right ?
