Hive New Goals

in #blog21 days ago

Over the past week i have teased many goals of mine for Hive in 2026 and having recently found this cool site Here that can give me a flash card of goals and my predictions on value why not dedicate a post to it where i can fully be open.

$1

I know what you are thinking Hive price a dollar? yes it has always been a vision of mine to see Hive reach a dollar it is such a good token with lots of perks it shouldn't be sitting at its current value and one day with community and unity that price will hopefully go up and hopefully it begins now.

I want to keep staking Hive, i have never powered down my hive and i have no plans too i am here to build, build and build.

How do i want to show up on hive this year? Now that is a good question and i have my objectives for the year set. The first thing i am setting out to do is engage/comment more, my comments have always been rare and honestly not good enough for someone who wants to connect with other Hivers. I don't been generic "nice post" comments either i mean in depth comments that makes thr author want to reply to it. Secondly i want to be active in the communities and of Hive chatrooms to make further connections there The Terminal, The Alliance, Teamuk just to name a few.

Hive users i would like to meet, with long distance travel unlikely at my current Financial state i kept this short list realistic and achievable. As we all live in the UK it seems more easy that we can host a meetup and one goal for the Teamuk community which all of us agree on is hosting more meetups whether big or small.

Inviting users to hive is something i haven't done, I have mentioned it a few times to my friends but none seem interested but i will go again and this is why i set the goal of 26 for 2026 it is a high and challenging goal to reach but a fitting number for the year i feel.

I am not to bothered on the number of posts i put out this year i know i averaged around 75-80 posts last year so im going more of the same. This year is more anout building connections, I have been on hive for a while, (checks notes...) 6 years and the one thing that feels missing in those 6 years is connections with people so that is my main goal for 2026 on Hive.

I would like to thank those who have guided me through the last 6 years on the blockchain, i look foward to the bright future ahead. Thanks for reading.

I hope you can achieve your goals. We really need more good people on Hive to make it work better. I think that is best done by forming communities for interests and/or local areas so people have things to discuss. It should not just be about pushing out posts and could be more like some other social platforms where people socialise.

The price will depend on people buying and that needs good reasons. There is potential to earn from curation and from HBD savings.

We need to find a way to meet up. We have had an event in Cambridge before. Maybe we need to go further east as I know there are a few people over that way. If someone sets it up then I'll try to be there.

yes, correct this i have learnt i should not focus to much on posts instead i should focus on meaningful conversations and connections. Cambridge sounds cool and an easily access place. I may try and get a poll going in the teamuk discord on areas people are more likely to be able to meet etc
