Starting new regime

in #blog6 days ago

Hi, guys!

Today I'm switching to a new work regime. I feel like I've recovered sufficiently, my depression has more or less subsided, and I'm more or less ready to get back to work. So while I feel like I have this energy, I need to take it and use it. I know full well that while the body offers resources, I need to use them, otherwise it will get offended and take them away, because if you don't use them, why give them? Our bodies are very economical. That's how we evolved. So today I'm getting to work.

I slept pretty poorly last night, but that's because I went to bed last night, so I slept in beforehand. So I woke up very early. Well, that means I'll take advantage of my extra time. I'll start with the lectures I bought a long time ago but never got around to listening to. I also need to draw up a new tracker in my diary, finally do at least a few exercises, rearrange some of my library, and do a lot of other small chores around the house. In short, there's plenty of work.

I'd also like to film a few videos for the blog, but that's only if I have the energy and mood. Because I woke up so early, I don't have much creative energy for filming. But if I finally get around to even a little book-related work, that would be a reason to celebrate. So that's very good. And rearranging the library is a complete clean-out, because I already have whole stacks of books with nowhere to put them.

All in all, the day can be called productive one way or another. It's a start, anyway. The main thing is that I stop being nervous, and the rest isn't so important.

Have a great day, everyone!
