Here's another tip for speeding up writing: voice-to-text dictation software. I know first drafts are MUCH faster dictated rather than typed.
I'm going for a personal best of 40 (quality) blog posts from now to the end of the month. My strategy:
1- batch my work. I'm going to see if I can look over my writing ideas list and crank out 10 posts written in one day. Then edit/format/photos etc... In another batch. Then set them to auto post on a schedule and start the next batch.
- First drafts will all be dictated verbally.
- As soon as I can afford to hire an overseas VA I'll outsource proofreading/formatting so that I only spend time doing the enjoyable creative parts of writing.
