My massive mining adventure.

I know. Don't laugh. It's a start. I recently made a decision after undergoing surgery for a threat of colon cancer. The cancer was a no go but it was enough to causee to reevaluate my life outlook. I decided to take up cryptocurrency and learn what I can about how to mine it, how to make it and how to invest in it. In fact that is part of the reason I decided to give steemit a try as well. I don't facebook or tweet on twitter but reading about steemit, now that's something I could get in to
Here I am today and I'm 7 BCN away from my first payout on minergate.com. Woo-hoo I will have spent nearly a month using 2-3 cell phones and a Raspberry Pi to mine with. For that I will have earned one whole dollar and change. I have also managed to buy 30 bucks each of BTC, ETH, XRP and recently thought I had made a bad mistake but today my huge portfolio's total value is about 120 USD. like I said it's a start and a good one considering I have never managed to save a penny in 55yrs on this planet.

My next investment is to track down and buy a futurebit moonlander 2 USB script miner (http://holybitcoin.com/product/futurebit-moonlander-2-batch-2/ )and see if I can't plug it in to my Raspberry and get it to work properly. You see that's the beauty of being a noobie in the crypto-world you get a chance to learn and hopefully take the right step towards making money.
The end goal to all of this is mostly acquiring knowledge, followed by making some coin, followed by finding something productive to do with my spare time, and followed by investing my money in something other than smoking it up in pot. And yeah I've been reading on pot stocks and potcoins I think I'll end up with some THC coin maybe Pot coin too but definitely going to buy some shares of Scott's Fertilizer / Miracle Grow along the way.

Thank you for your time and donations of any spare bitcoin are most welcome at the address below because I really want one of those moonlander 2's

You should really avoid using minergate as they're known for stealing users hashrate. If you want a simple one click miner solution rather take a risk and use nicehash even if they got hacked somewhat recently.

However if you really wanna dive into mining https://miningpoolhub.com/ is a good place to start

Sorry for the delayed reply ,I've had the flu, but thank you I will look in to them
