Hive meetup was interesting

It was an interesting experience meeting with other hivers for the last time in 2025, It's always good to gather together as a group and discuss challenges and growth especially for hive, newbies are always nervous about how to build their hp, how to get more followers and how to become famous like other old time hivers.

There is always a need to readjust their thinking about how hive works and help them see reality, that was exactly what was discussed in the last meetup for the year.

The meetup was hosted at the hug frys and grills, a good number of hivers where present and it was really nice to have them around.

Everyone ask different questions and our mentor gave a great answer to all the questions.

Meetup Brief
The speaker hammered more on consistency, most of the newbies were asking why they don't get support on their content, the speaker explained that rome was not built in just a day, she explained that patience and consistency is the golden quality that will help new users, she explained that if they focus on rewards they will lose because they will be discouraged and might leave.

While onboarding anyone she always let them know that hive is not a scamming scheme or a get rich quick scheme so there is need for every user to be determined and committed then gradually they can start earning, no business man becomes a millionaire in a twinkle of 👁️ eye.

She also highlighted more on the need for the newbies to start spending hbd so there is need for them to visit the listed shops whenever they want to shop,not just to get discount but to create awareness about hive.

The meetup wasn't hosted at a listed venue we paid for our refreshment with fiat currency and enjoyed ourselves.

She helped some users learn how to use actifit, she also highlighted the importance of reading community rules before making post in a new community, she commended everyone who has been staking hive to have more power and resources.

She helped us learn how to reduce image size to get create more quality post.

We spent more than an hour discussing about hive, it was really nice having hive friends around me.
We also discussed about the need to remain original, avoid plagiarism of any sort, our mentor highlighted more on being a critical thinker than dependent fellow, anyone who is a critical thinker will always be creative and that is one way to progress on hive.

** Enjoyment Time**
We ordered Sharwama with drinks and water, we enjoyed ourselves after some hours of too many talks.

It was already late, everyone headed back to our different destination, hopefully we will meet again maybe in a more larger group and then there will be more testimonies from our users.
