I have used my fitness pal a few times. like you say great for checking and scanning products as a guide to see where your at and get your head around things you might need to change but I wonder if anybody subscribes and uses it daily

i normally phase in and out. When I am carefully monitoring caloric intake I'll use it for a few weeks and then normally taper off. I find that it is a good way to let yourself know what you are doing wrong with your diet because the manufacturers of products have gotten really good at hiding the bad information.
