Dang you are awesome dude. I am impressed by the cut of your jib.
You should check out thingverse, you could find a bee and paint it yellow, or a hexgon and paint it the same colour as the hive icon. And I bet you could find letters that you could pain white grey and red to make a 3d PeakD logo.
Thingverse, MakerWorld, Printables are sites I have already started to make collections/bookmarks in for the past few months because I knew this day would come! :)
My first big print I will do is a life size Charmander because it just has to be. But also a Master Chief helmet (life size) and then Deadpool helmet and a Green/White Power Ranger helmet because they would be so cool to have on display in my office.
But besides that I need to decorate my 3D workshop bench area and thought some cool Hive stuff would be neat because eventually I will run my Hive Witness Node (the mini NUC) over there as well so I thought it would be nice.
I only have white Filament to start so most items will be filled, sanded, painted
You could def make some fun hive themed stuff. Make a 3-d Hive logo and maybe a stand that looks like a bee hive?
My problem is.. I am not sure if I will be any good at 3D Modeling. I used Blender before and it was a steep learning curve but that was like 2 years ago.
So I gotta stick to already made 3D models to start and just slightly modify them
Yeah I tried to learn blender and I couldn't even finish the donut tutorial. ><
DUDE the Donut is no joke though
My donut was though. It looked like it got exploded :P
