You ever come across a list so oddly specific, it feels like a secret dare?
I saw this one from a video and instead of judging, nag-lista ako. Maybe some of these hit, maybe some don’t. Pero at the very least, they make you pause.

Mouth taping, seriously? At first, parang horror movie. Tape your mouth shut while sleeping?? Kinda weird right pero apparently, it helps your body breathe through your nose just thinking about it maybe better oxygen, calmer sleep, and less of that weird dry throat in the morning.
Would I try it? Hmm. Maybe kung may safe tape lang and walang makakita.
No food 3 hours before bed This one makes sense. Baka di lang talaga tayo sanay matulog nang walang last snack tayo ata nag pauso ng midnight snack da ba?
