Successful marketing with my new flyers, onboarding and mentorship both online and offline

Good evening everyone, welcome to my page today, it has been a good day for me.

Still on hive marketing and spendhbd promotion, I have been working tirelessly yesterday and today to make sure I bring value to the system by bringing people who would understand what hive is and what they should do to remain active.

Yesterday's activity.

Wednesday's are seriously dedicated for promotion and onboarding, but onboarding without proper mentorship is waste of time because the users will end up doing nonsense.

So Yesterday was not just for marketing and onboarding, I also added mentorship to it, yes the people I onboarded last week Wednesday and the ones I onboarded on Thursday have been getting online mentorship but something's seem so difficult to understand online, there was a need to meet with them physically and have some practice sections.

Firstly in the morning I onboarded a newbie @bababeje and also helped him shop at @goshopping along with @tega0 whom have not shopped for a while, I reached out to her and she decided to shop with hbd.

By 12 pm I and @iquo left home, pick two drops of bus to The University of Lagos, the sun was really scotching but we have goals to achieve so we didn't mind the sun, I saw the need of getting a branded umbrella for our marketing and am working it.

Before we left to the school I already dropped message on the mentorship Whatsapp group informing the newbies that I was coming so after their class they waited for us.

We had practice section on how to sort out free pictures for post from pixabay and pixel, how to add the source links to avoid being guilty of plagiarism, I also emphasized more on post quality, engagement and commitment, I also talked about focusing on how to build their wallet by powering up their earnings and the benefits they will gain from that, I also promised to list a shop in the school environment so that we can have a practice on how spendhbd works.

They asked series of questions and I gave them answers, we spent quality time in learning about hive and I was very happy they learned many new things.
After that they went back to school activity while we continue searching for new ones who will be interested in joining hive, we were able to onboard another young guy who was happy to hear about hive.

He's currently working on his introduction post, sadly my phone stopped working and we couldn't onboard more people, we left the school and went back home, am working on getting a new phone with stronger battery that will take me a through marketing period.

While going home we made a stop at @blbeautyhome to see how she's and @iquo shopped there, paid with hbd and got discount, I agree to check back on her by Friday when we will discuss more on promotion.

Getting home I went back to online mentorship where I had to mentor a newbie who was struggling with his introduction post and finally he was able to navigate and made his introduction post this evening after lots of time in teaching him.

A lot of things are required to have a successful marketing and promotional activity, resources is needed, physical energy is needed and courage to speak to people is also required.
I am positive about hive and spendhbd project so I will invest my resources, energy, time in searching for real people to join hive, thats my determination.
