Did You Know? Workshop On Last Sunday

It was the very last Sunday of the month, the month of April, 2025. the workshop has been planned to be held on this day about a couple of weeks earlier. You might wonder, is it not just a workshop, what"s more?

The Preparation

During the weeks leading to this workshop, the days was very hectic and stress filled, but the price has to be paid for the joy and union that is to be enjoyed.

We, when i say we, I and Madam Blessing worked together to get gifts for everyone who will be present. these included;

• note books
• branded cups
• caps and,
• polo

As the day drew closer, Everything was ready, the purchase, printing and branding. We the Uyo team did not want to be left out:

The Workshop

The workshop was for every user of hive , newbies and invitees. but we had a challenge. it was the last Sunday of the month and in my locality, this is the day that most people attend church and stay till all the services had ended. Is it only here or it is so everywhere. Secondly, it was raining.

I new that yes, it was time, so I got Ready

Not everyone was present but we had new faces and this kept the atmosphere cozy with the cold still lingering with the rain.

Discussions

The speaker, Madam Blessing clearly explained what it means to spend with HBD. "today we shop and pay money and not earn anything from it, but with SpendHBD, we are now prosumers, not just consumers." From what I learned, there should be nothing I shop that I should not use HBD. Even if not every merchant accept HBD, that is where the awareness is important, to let them know about this.

I look foward to a time when I will have to buy almost everything that can be bought with fiat, with HBD and claim rewards.

It was a wonderful event. Everyone had a note book and we also ordered for refreshments. it can not be complete without it, will it? Questions were answered and doubts were cleared.

A friend of mine was sad that she could not make it, although she was in the campus and preparing for their ongoing examinations.
