Actually 1.4 HBD is 20% of ... 7 HBD, which might be the cap, but then it should perhaps be mentioned at the very latest at claim time. I paid 33.78 HBD and 1.4 HBD is a bit over 4% of the sum paid. Which is still nice, but it's not 20%
