Feliz Cumpleaños a Mi (ESP-ING)

Hola amigos espero se encuentren bien, y cada día guarden en su memoria y en su corazón recuerdos hermosos con sus amigos y familia, hace algún tiempo que no les cuento nada en esta bella comunidad, pero tengo varias publicaciones en mente para compartir con ustedes, ya hace algunos meses que paso mi cumpleaños pero no quiero perder la oportunidad de compartir con ustedes estos lindos momentos, a demás de un poco melancólicos por que es mi primer cumpleaños tan lejos de mi mama. Pero decidí vivir mi cumpleaños con lo que tengo en este momento, a pesar de eso hable con mi mama en varias oportunidades para sentirla cerca.

Hello friends, I hope you are all well, and may you keep beautiful memories with your friends and family in your minds and hearts every day. It's been a while since I've shared anything with this wonderful community, but I have several posts in mind to share with you. My birthday was a few months ago, but I don't want to miss the opportunity to share these beautiful moments with you, even though they are a little melancholic because it's my first birthday so far away from my mom. But I decided to enjoy my birthday with what I have right now. Despite that, I talked to my mom several times to feel her close to me.

Como les he contado en varias ocasiones nos mudamos a Madrid y este fue mi primer cumple en esta bella ciudad, para ese día no tenia nada planeado, pues el primer año de migración es de muy bajo presupuesto, así que en mi mente no había planes, sin embargo mi amiga me dijo que por lo menos deberíamos ir a comer algo rico y me propuso varios lugares, sin embargo para esos días mi esposo acababa de encontrar trabajo y no podía faltar y mucho menos pedir permiso, se vería muy mal su sentido de responsabilidad, el me motivo a ir con mi amiga, su esposo y mi hijo a comer para que no pasara mi cumpleaños en blanco.

As I have told you on several occasions, we moved to Madrid, and this was my first birthday in this beautiful city. I had nothing planned for that day, as the first year of migration is on a very low budget, so I had no plans in mind. However, my friend told me that we should at least go out for a nice meal and suggested several places. However, my husband had just found a job and couldn't take time off, much less ask for permission. It would have looked bad for his sense of responsibility. He encouraged me to go out to eat with my friend, her husband, and my son so that my birthday wouldn't go unnoticed.

Al levantarme le hice desayuno y almuerzo a mi esposo, ya que se va a trabajar muy temprano, luego me acosté a dormir otro ratito, al despertar Miguel hice desayuno para ambos, el me lleno de abrazos y besos por mi cumpleaños y me regalo unas cuantas obras de arte de su autoría, decide arreglarme el cabello para salir mas hermosa en las fotos 😊 (la humildad por delante🙃 ), la hora de salid eran las 2pm por que aquí almuerzan tarde, a media mañana hicimos una merienda para aguantar hasta las hora pautada.

When I woke up, I made breakfast and lunch for my husband, since he leaves for work very early. Then I went back to bed for a little while. When Miguel woke up, I made breakfast for both of us. He showered me with hugs and kisses for my birthday and gave me a few pieces of art that he had created. He decided to do my hair so I would look more beautiful in the photos 😊 (humility first🙃). We were leaving at 2 p.m. because they have a late lunch here. Mid-morning, we had a snack to hold us over until the scheduled time.

Se hicieron las 2 de la tarde fuimos a un restaurante de sushi carta abierta, la carta es una Tablet que te esta en la mesa, allí vas pidiendo y pues comienza el desfile de comida, de mi experiencia gastronómica les puedo contar con palabras poco técnicas que ame el pato, los babys pulpos, los roles que tenían un toping de cangrejo con wakame, odie unos que era con el arroz negro la textura era muy desagradable a mi parecer, probé por primera vez unos dulces estaban ricos pero no deliciosos, la comida fue muy amena, conversamos nos reímos pasamos un rato muy alegre. Elizabeth nos sugirió los platos que mas le gustaban, nuestros gustos son muy parecidos aunque yo soy mas carnívora , así que repetimos el pato. 😂

At 2 p.m., we went to an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. The menu is on a tablet at your table, where you place your order, and then the parade of food begins. From my dining experience, I can tell you in non-technical terms that I loved the duck, the baby octopus, and the rolls topped with crab and wakame seaweed. I didn't like the ones with black rice because I found the texture very unpleasant. I tried some sweets for the first time. They were good but not delicious. The meal was very enjoyable. We talked, laughed, and had a very happy time. Elizabeth suggested the dishes she liked best. Our tastes are very similar, although I am more of a meat eater, so we had seconds of the duck. 😂

Al terminar de comer salimos dimos una vuelta por el centro comercial y volvimos a casa, en casa conversamos y hicimos tiempo para esperar Andres y comer torta, compramos la torta en el supermercado, me sorprendió lo rica que estaba, compartimos algunos quesitos, una botellita de sidra de manzana y así termino mi día, agradecida por un año mas de vida y por tener a mi alrededor amigos y familia que aman sinceramente.

After finishing our meal, we went for a walk around the shopping center and returned home. At home, we chatted and waited for Andrés to arrive so we could eat cake. We bought the cake at the supermarket, and I was surprised by how delicious it was. We shared some cheese, a small bottle of apple cider, and that's how my day ended, grateful for another year of life and for having friends and family around me who sincerely love me.
