I spend lots of time in gym driving bicycle because it helps a big with your shape and endurance during the rallies. Just have in mind that if it is 34 Celsius outside of the car, then there is around 50 or 60 inside of the car, especially on the gravel events where you must shut the windows completely because of a big dust around.
During the summer months, great choice for your shape is bicycle on the outdoors. That's how I spend evenings - driving my machinery.
It is nothing special, I remember that it was paid 275 Euro with delivery included. But it helps BIG.
I recommend this to everyone... :)

Yeah we were away traveling - but back home now for a week, then off again... summer in Canada - travel while you can lol...
Where have you been traveling?
No where special really - just around British Columbia. We are off this weekend to Williams Lake BC for a wedding. A member of our 4x4 club moved there a few years ago, and we keep in touch with him. Should be a great weekend.
Cycling is a great exercise. Just have to be careful not to fall off :) I just tend to do more running to stay fit.
I still remember my drive with you and the way the car tilted up.

No worries. There are people on Hive who run most days. I get out when I can. I'm trying to do some music posts too as I have a few projects going on.

I go to Split on Thursday for vacation (town where we were at Hivefest last summer) and after that I will go to try my drumming after 2-3 years of no playing, just to see how I do now. Here you can rent a place with music instruments for an hour and play. Glad that you are playing and having your musical projects :)
