After Death

Has anyone one really thought about what is actually after death. Most of the times I'm really scared as to what happens after I leave this world.

Hi I'm Abeegail, welcome to my blog, I'm on a journey to find myself through writing and journaling, so listen to me while I ramble. I loss my pet cat a few days ago. I had just had it for a day and it drown in the our drum of water. Even though we hadn't had it for long I still cried and I'm still sad. I hope his doing fine in cat heaven and getting all the treats I couldn't give it. Anyways this loss got me thinking about death and what would come after it. Death is a really scary topic to talk about but I get curious about what happens after we die.

Sometimes I really wish the dead could talk or talk about what it's like after death. I hope it's like coming back home on a hot day to drink a cold drink, I hope it's like being carried to the bed when you fall asleep one the couch, I hope I don't really end up in hell, but it would be funny if there was a receptionist that just gives you the break down of how it is to be an undead or if you get to see the top five moments where you almost died.

There are different beliefs about what happens after death; some religion, like Christianity, Islam and Judaism believe that there's is an afterlife; a life after death, like heaven or hell and where you end up depends on your actions on earth. While in Islam, it is believed to go to a spiritual world after death. Some religion, like Hinduism and Buddhism believe in reincarnation; a soul is reborn into a new life. Now I understand why so many Indian movies has a theme of reincarnation, it's their belief. Some believe that the soul is in a spirit world were we are waiting to be resurrected, while some believes there is no afterlife, no spirit world and that our consciousness just fades after death. But ultimately we can never know which one is true or correct, they are just speculation and the only way we can know for sure is when we are gone.

I am really scared of death especially because I don't know what happens after it. What if I meet GOD and he his angry with me because a forget to pray, what if my friends forget me when I'm gone, what if my living here doesn't have an impact. I hope my family and loved ones don't get too sad, it would be a pain to watch, I hope their lives continue as well as it would have. Ohhhh look at me think of death, I shouldn't not while I'm alive.
