In the course of the last 10 days or so, I've ordered and paid for two video cameras that simply will not link to my phone or the app(s) they had me download and install.
It took nearly 2 months for those bloody things to get here, so I know they won't offer me any service,

A milestone of sorts, Primeminister Felix brings in critters he has captured to play with.
This time, I said "now you KNOW you can't have that inside the house" whereupon he promptly took it back out thru the pet door all the way to the other side of my driveway.
Since I was leaving, he promptly turned around and brought it back in.

This carrier worked quite well, it was gifted to me
Tommy always cries the whole time, going and coming back, which breaks my heart.
Felix didn't make a sound until on the way home.
He let me dress him up to celebrate.
So about 2 wks ago I was contacted by an activities director from several years ago, and I reluctantly agreed to come perform.
It was supposed to have been this past Friday July 18th.
Now I've had many other things happening, taking up my time and distracting me from preparing.
In short, I called and moved the gig back a week to Next Friday July 25th.
Then because of all the built up stress, I got tremendously drunk Thursday night.
I did not get out of bed all day Friday, didn't even turn on my PC, which is unheard of.
I worry now that, since I consumed a little more than half a liter bottle of Irish whiskey, I may have killed all my baby stem cells. 😢
In my calendar on my phone and PC, I have recorded an appointment with my mental health Dr. My stuff shows it is a video connect, yet Saturday I got a card in the mail that says it is IN PERSON at the main hospital.
EIGHT AM TOMORROW.
This of course would have meant getting up and ready and being on the streets at just about the WORST Time of day, so I contacted the nurse line. They too said it was in person.
Today I have an email with a link for a Video Connect.
I cannot believe those people are that inept. Me, my calendar and the VA Website say it is a video connect, a paper mailing and a woman on the phone say it is in person.
I Ain't Driving Into Atlanta in the morning!!
So there.

My nephew and his wife came for the 4th of July
We had a short visit with my Sister Claudelle and her daughter Michele
(See if you can guess which one is my 91 yr old Sister ha ha ha)
Squash bugs and Ladybirds have decimated my pumpkins (the deer helped)
I got this many off the vines and pulled it all out hoping I can get more yellow squash
Did I mention Felix likes his new box?
His Majesty looks silly sleeping with His tongue sticking out
Then this morning all was at peace for a while

So in short, I still have a gig to prepare for, I still do not know the condition of my stem cells and one way or another I will meet with my mental health Dr in the morning.
↑This↑ was the last time I performed at this facility, ignore the date on the pic, the camera's (no cellphone then) wasn't set correctly, but I still had a mouth full of rotten teeth

Wow, sounds like it’s been quite a week! Sorry about the camera mess, that refund offer is ridiculous. The cats are adorable, and Felix in the box looks very cute.

Well to be honest, I don't know the status of the stem cells, I just know I was told to not have any alcohol for 90 days, alcohol kills stem cells.
Stress overcame me and I really overdid it Thursday night
That was certainly a crazy week. Sorry about the video cameras that won't connect to the phone. Technology is so great... if it works.
Once my daughter's little dog died, I put away the pet door that was set up in the patio door, so the cats can't bring in live (or dead) offerings any more. Actually, the better mouser of the two had to be put down in February, so I rarely see any corpses on the door mat.
