Welcome, dear Hivers!
At Project Encouragement and as Witnesses in Hive, we work every day to support content creators in Hive and especially those who make life in the Friend Communities we support.
From @aliento.love we want to show a little of why we directly support these publications, so that many of our hivers who make life in our community can find a direction and an idea where to direct their publications, how to improve them through analyzing the content of other people, etc.
Today we bring you the eighteenth report curation report of the project with the same approach we started last week in which we will show the reason why we chose the posts to show today and a particular topic that can be reflective, funny, educational, etc, so, let's go with today's report!

En el Proyecto Aliento y como Testigos en Hive, trabajamos día a día en apoyar a los creadores de contenido de la cadena, y en especial, a aquellos que hacen vida en las Comunidades Amigas que apoyamos.
Desde @aliento.love queremos mostrar un poco del porqué apoyamos directamente estas publicaciones, para que muchos de nuestros hivers que hacen vida en nuestra comunidad puedan encontrar un rumbo y una idea hacia dónde dirigir sus publicaciones, cómo mejorarlas a través de analizar el contenido de otras personas, etc.
Hoy les traemos el décimo octavo reporte de curación del proyecto con el mismo enfoque que comenzamos la semana pasada en el cuál mostraremos el motivo por el cuál elegimos los posts a mostrar el día de hoy y un tópico particular que puede ser reflexivo, divertido, educativo, etc, así que, ¡vamos con el reporte de hoy!

Topic of the day: THE PRESENT IS AN UNDERVALUED GIFT
Have you ever thought that many of us rarely live in the present? That is to say, many times we are melancholic thinking about the past, about "what could have been" in our mind and we forget that time keeps passing and we can no longer change anything that has happened up to the point where we are right now.
In the same way, many times we start thinking a lot about the future, imagining scenarios that often do not become reality, either because of anxiety or because in the end life changes, the world changes and we are left with our plans in our hands and we lost too much energy thinking about it; do not misunderstand us, it is always good to plan the future because the vision is important, but do not become obsessed with the future because it generates anxiety.
The best thing is always to live in the present, because we do not even know if the future we imagine will come true, because we do not even know if we will get there, think about it a little without being pessimistic or alarmist and you will realize that the present is our best gift, and we must make the most of it.

¿Alguna vez te has puesto a pensar en que muchos de nosotros no vivimos casi nunca en el presente? Es decir, muchas veces estamos melancólicos pensando en el pasado, en "lo que pudo ser" en nuestra mente y nos olvidamos de que el tiempo sigue pasando y ya no podemos cambiar nada de lo que ha sucedido hasta el punto en el que estamos ahorita.
Del mismo modo, muchas veces nos ponemos a pensar mucho en el futuro, imaginando escenarios que muchas veces no se vuelve realidad, ya sea por ansiedad o porque al final la vida cambia, el mundo cambia y nos quedamos con los planes entre las manos y perdimos demasiada energía pensando en ello; no nos malinterpreten, siempre es bueno planificar el futuro porque la visión es importante, pero no obsesionarnos con el futuro porque genera ansiedad.
Lo mejor siempre es vivir el presente, porque ni siquiera sabemos si el futuro que imaginamos se hará realidad, porque no sabemos siquiera si llegaremos a él, piénsalo un poco sin ser pesimista ni alarmista y te darás cuenta de que el presente es nuestro mejor regalo, y debemos aprovecharlo al máximo.
