My grandfather used to drink a glass of water with a biscuit after his morning walk which kept his body strong.After watching them, I started walking for a few days and running every morning.I saw many changes in my body due to running every morning.Running every morning improved my skin and increased my appetite. Also, my digestion improved.So through this walking and running, I noticed a lot of benefits very quickly.So now it can be said that it is not enough to just eat nutritious food and sleep in bed, you must do physical exercise every day.
