We are now live since the 270th day of the MoonKarts Leaderboards rewards. As you may know, the current leaderboard rewards lasts up to 10 days. The users races against each other, battling for supremacy. After the 10th day, the rewards will be distributed amongs who competed.
The juicy leaderboard rewards of Season #27The idea of the leaderboards is that it rewards users who patronizes the game by playing a lot of matches (and winning it) and for those who have invested in the game. For those who has invested in the game, it is currently giving more of the ranked rewards (rewards per game) and Orbital leaderboards rewards. The orbital leaderboards rewards provides the biggest chunk of rewards. In order to get better orbital points per game, you need the following:
- Better staking factor (by staking more Colony)
- Better equipment (the better the rarity and foil, the bigger the orbital rewards).
However, having better equipment comes with a cost - more fuel consumption. So, you need to stake better cards or buy more fuels, so there needs some investment needed to be really on top of the game. Right now, I think there's a big potential for this game to thrive.
Season 27 Leaderboards
As of the ranked leaderboards, the jorissino account is thriving as always. By being one of largest investors of the game and have spent a lot of hours per day playing, followed by sillusix98, who have been one of the top players for how many seasons since.
mahar26 is thriving through the ranks, becoming third. I see that new names are coming up and new upcoming competitors are now cooking their equipment. I think with the next update, the upcoming lobby system, disconnection, and allowing users to play without fuel consumption will fix some current issues of the game.
