Hi everyone,
it's too hot here to make my nails. So I think it's time for the new idea I had a few days ago. I want to make a Nail Talk.
Talk about nails and nails and nails... 😁
I'll show you new things I bought or a few comparisons of different brands or I don't know what else...

My nail table is in my living room. That's the hottest room in my apartment 🥵, and with 37°C/99°F outside, there are even more in the living room...
As you can see, the temperature stays hot for the next week. So, no nails next week too 😓
Right now all my nails are still on. OK, on my right hand the two white nails are a little bit shorter, they "lost" the extensions from the paper forms. But actually I didn't want to make them longer anyway 😂
I think I'll shorten the other ones in a few days, and hope they all stay for the next week(s).

When I started to do my nails a few weeks ago I bought these cellulose swabs.
I know that all my nail techs used them, so I bought them too.
But actually, they are a pain in the neck...

They are lint-free and they look ok.

Until you use them... And that's the problem.
If you use them, they look like this after you wipe only one nail.
If you use them on more than one nail you can't even see what it is/was...

Soon I saw other pads and I bought them.
They are really thin and I wasn't sure if they will do what they are made for. But I can say they do!
You don't even see when they are used (like the one on the following pictures).
They really are perfect!

Before I had these new pads, my trashbin always looked like this when I was finished with my nails.
I used more or less 20 of the cellulose swabs every time 🙈
Now I only need 3 or 4 of the new pads.
So, that's all for this week.
I still have a few things to talk about, but there will still be a few hot weeks so I "need" stuff to fill for these weeks 😁

That's all for now, enjoy your day and thanks for reading 😘

I also use these pads because they help me clean the surface of my nails without leaving any residue. To clean the cuticle area I like to use a microbrush, previously soaked in alcohol or gerdex. 🥰🌷
I don't have problems wiping the cuticle area with the pads. I use a brush for the "big" dust and then wipe with pads and alcohol 😁
I've never seen these thin pads used by a German nail tech. They all use the other ones. But the thin ones are so much better and cheaper too 😎
