
Simple soupy dishes are always my go-to when I'm at a loss for what to prepare at home. This usually happens when I am isolated by the rain in my city. Of course, I can't go out to buy whatever ingredients I need, as a result preparing the raw materials available in the refrigerator will be the most effective.
Well this time utilizing the raw materials in my refrigerator in the form of sausage and eggs. Of course these two ingredients are raw materials that are always in the kitchen and are very helpful when it happens like this. The menu I made is very easy, of course it must be soupy because my husband likes soupy, spicy and certainly not flashy food.
Egg Sausage Soup

Egg sausage soup is a combination of eggs and sausages cooked together in a liquid soup-like sauce. This dish is made from a simple seasoning of shallots and garlic as well as cayenne pepper. The complementary ingredients are tomatoes and celery leaves to enhance the flavor of the soup. The dish is very light and I'm sure anyone would love it.
Ingredients Needed

2 sausages
½ tomato
3 cloves shallots
2 celery leaves
1 clove garlic
¼ teaspoon salt
To taste mushroom caddy
500 ml water

Serving Suggestion

Serve the egg sausage soup in a serving bowl, then serve it with white rice. Now I usually also fry tempeh as an alternative side dish and it has made my husband very full. This portion is usually enjoyed by two of us with my husband, it is very enough because we enjoy it with additional white rice.

Sausages are not just panggaang or fried, I think this is a good idea for anyone.
