Enoki mushrooms will be my go-to lunch menu at home. Combined with eggs, they make a simple stir-fry that is very easy to prepare.




Hello foodie lovers, today I will show you how to prepare a simple lunch menu. This time, I chose to combine enoki mushrooms and eggs for lunch. For some reason, I've been bored with eating rice and fish lately. So, when I went to the market yesterday, I decided to buy some enoki mushrooms. This dish is very simple but has an extraordinary taste.




Sautéed Enoki Mushrooms With Scrambled Eggs

Sautéed enoki mushrooms with scrambled eggs is a dish made from enoki mushrooms that are sautéed with simple seasonings and then combined with scrambled eggs. This dish looks simple but has an authentic taste with a perfect combination of ingredients.



Here are the steps to prepare it:




Ingredients Needed

250 grams of enoki mushrooms
1 egg white
1 whole egg
½ onion
1 tablespoon of butter
3 green chilies
2 red chilies
4 cloves of garlic




Procedure for Making


Finely chop the garlic, then chop the onion to your liking, followed by the red and green chilies.

Next, add salt to the eggs that have been beaten with the egg whites.

Heat the margarine, then fry the eggs and scramble them until they are cooked and have a nice color.

Sauté the garlic and onion until wilted, then add the chilies, water and cook.

Add water, then add the mushrooms and scrambled eggs. Don't forget to season with salt to taste.
