Is there anyone else among you who is completely without a profession? I don't mean not being a professional at something, like in making most delicious cakes, but that in today's world you don't meet all the criteria to call yourself an engineer, a painter, a programmer, a singer... - something that precisely describes, if not your interests, then at least your job. Because we know jobs can often be uninteresting, yet they still get done and exist.
If we do various freelance gigs, is our profession then "freelancer"? And at what point does an influencer actually become an influencer?
I don't know, sometimes all of this feels crystal clear to me, and other times incredibly confusing… Especially when I see different job ads and each one seems like it's written in Chinese (no offense, Chinese brothers ❤️)… It ends up feeling like I'm not qualified for anything. xD Or, as Rachel from Friends once said something like this: "I am trained for nothing, but I got myself a new pair of boots, boots". When that gets translated into Serbian, it ties perfectly into the wordplay: "Nisam dobro obučena za posao." -> which can mean both "I'm not well-trained for the job" and "I'm not well-dressed for the job".
How much have you personally felt the truth of the idea that sometimes it matters more how you look on the outside, how you're dressed and the story you present, than whether you quietly do your job well,
while someone else ends up collecting the points…
And does that make the second person weak and inexperienced, and the first one opportunistic and strategic? Does that situation make the second a better human being, and say that the first ne is mean and corrupt? Or just capable of surviving within today's system of values? Hmm…
I won't continue this story in either direction. I'll leave you to think about it yourselves, just as I sometimes do. I find myself on the side of the first person, then on the side of the second, then the other way around, and so in circles; it all depends on the angle I'm looking from.
Or maybe that's just us Geminis in the horoscope.
Donnot know, I don't really follow it, not to say I don't believe in horoscopes, because horoscopes are far from religion,
but I do remember that we're "supposed to be fickle and two-faced". xD
If we take that assumption as true, it would mean that in the company, in the situation we mentioned above, I'd be person no. 1. Good thing I don't work for any. xD
That would be all for this burst of scattered thoughts. Greetings to everyone :** especially the lovely ladies in this community! ❤️

I really felt this. Thanks for sharing your thoughts so honestly.
Noo, thank you for taking the time to read it. I really appreciate that you liked it and thanks for the comment too. ❤️
In the industrial age, the rule was that if you graduated from an excellent school, you would have more money. But today in the information age that is not true. Today we can be rich and have money only if we know how to manage it. Smart people who know how to manage money and the risk of loss can turn a small amount of money into a fortune without a special profession, degree or schooling. Today, in the information age, a degree is not a measure for a great job, but the skill and ability to create something that is needed by almost all people, digital products, book pdf, writing a blog and newsletter can bring excellent monthly income without a big degree. It is necessary to know a little to work on a computer and applications on the phone. Also, a well-written blog and frequent and high-quality writing on Peakd can bring good earnings. For those with a stable monthly income, additional earnings can be made by investing money in ETFs for a long term of 10 years. And so after 10 years you can have passive income from your investment and the plan you choose and the index fund.
Yes, yes, I get that, thanks for the suggestions. 👍
Sometimes I just think about how everything has these fancy foreign names, defined in a thousand ways, when it could really be explained in just a couple of simple lines. It's like someone designed it to confuse you as much as possible. And then you just give up, thinking: "Uff, this is like nuclear physics, not for me. Next!" xD
Hmm, as for actually making money from this… well, I'd say maybe someday, if we save enough and there's a crypto boom, we could all become millionaires. But the way things are now, writing and trying to earn some steady monthly income from it… it's really, really tough.

Thank youuu! 😍
Some Jobs require more profession than others, that need certain personality for example
Yess, I completely agree with u. It's a bit unfair to put people under one job title when they actually end up doing the work of ten different ones.
Well.......even though I do have a profession, sometimes it seems that no one notices or takes me seriously, lol! My boss mostly takes me for granted even though if I were to miss work, there is absolutely no one who knows how to do my job. I wear so many hats, it's almost ridiculous!
So I get what you're saying. Some days, I don't want a profession, lol! Anyway, take care and thanks for sharing! !LADY

Elizabeth, thank you for sharing this. I have feeling that whenever I talk to people about it, almost everyone has the same problem, whether the company is private or public, focused on manufacturing or services, it's more or less the same everywhere and in every sector.
It really makes you wonder > if nobody is satisfied (and how could anyone be with such an unfair state of things) then clearly something isn't right. So why does nothing ever seem to change for the better?
I hope it doesn't affect you too much and that you're managing well. ❤️
Thank you @bibana! I think maybe things continue on because the ones that could change it might be the employers (companies) and with some exceptions, most simply just don't care. It doesn't affect them so much.
I have also learned that people I don't know outside of work, do tend to take me for the professional I am in my industry, but those that do know me outside of work, are the ones who don't. Sometimes, with people you know, no matter how much experience you have, you seem to know absolutely nothing. I have a neighbor who will seek a 'professional's' opinion, who ironically with give the same answer I did, lol!
It can be maddening for sure! Take care and enjoy the rest of the week and the weekend ahead!🤗🌹!LADY
I love how the effect of the melting snow accompanies your gaze and every question... Simply sublime!
Aww, that's so beautifully said. I know I'll ruin it with my simple reply. Thank you! As the snow kept melting, my silly thoughts just kept running wider and wilder.
I don't think you have silly thoughts; they're just your thoughts. Let them flow and be happy! Always smile!
