La próxima semana cxumplo los 40, el cuarto piso como dicen por ahí, de salud me siento muy bien, físicamente también pero no sé porque me he dejado llevar por el síndrome del impostor y y empezar a ver cosas sobre mi carrera y mis objetivos. Yo creía que a los cuarenta iba a tener todo resuelto, que mi camino profesional estaría grabado en piedra, esculpido y pulido como una especie de obra maestra, creí que iba ser una gran investigadora y soñaba con un premio Nobel jajaja pero la vida y la situación país me llevó por otros planes. Yo creía que eso de reinventarse a los 40 era una moda pero ahora estoy creyendo que es algo que te viene con la edad y a todo el mundo le pasa, no se si es porque vamos perdiendo la paciencia y ya no queremos lidiar tanto con la gente y lo que queremos es nuestra paz y lograr nuestros sueños, pero si tengo ese impulso de reinventarme de dejar el miedo y salirme del sistema y dejar de trabajar para alguien que a veces creo que es tonto pero resulta que es más pila y se está aprovechando de mi tiempo.

Lo cierto es que no se si me atreva a reinventarme a los 40 o lo haga dentro de unos cinco años pero si tengo esa llama viva dentro de mí y espero que no se apague porque lo quiero lograr, creo que haré lo que me enseñó mi coach me trazaré mi plan a unos años y con objetivos medibles para lograrlo, espero que la ansiedad no me gane y sea lo suficientemente sabia para cumplir con mis responsabilidades, como justo en este momento no puedo soltar el quince y el último fijo tengo que plantearme plazos realistas pero ya estoy en el camino porque ya desperté y se lo que quiero. El objetivo no es tenerlo todo resuelto antes de empezar, eso me parece imposible pero si puedes ir minimizando los riesgos y potenciando esas posibilidades de éxito. Aprovechar e ir explotando la tecnología, las oportunidades de trabajo a distancia y las redes sociales. La clave está en ser paciente con el proceso y al mismo tiempo mantener el impulso, no dormirse sino planificar de manera cuidadosa y con acción decisiva.
