Life and its challenges and problems have made me made a great decision i don't regret infact i am beneficting greately from it , because i never thought i would get to this level.

The level of knowing my limits, my strength and knowing how to face my fears aimlessly.

Alot of problems that we face and always hustling, with the mindset of making ends meet, funny enough this ends never meet buh it ends up frustrating us and leaving us unhappy which is damaging to the health.

Well i choose peace over chaos, and that makes me stronger, peace of mind in a peaceless world is the best gift one can ever give to him or herself.

Imagine working for hours and end up spending all the money and yet asking yourself what you bought, it's crazy, it makes you look like you are not working hard.

Is it sickness, its another problem on its own, alot of things that we face that over take the peace and joy we have.

So all these i have seen and how damaging it is to me and i choose peace , i would never regret choosing peace over this chaotic time because it would help me live longer.

Peace of mind is a state of being calm when the world throws its punch , standing firm ànd unshakeable and most especially trusting in God to handle all problems while i keep working hard.
