The amount of hours is just one of the factors for having a good sleep.
No eating and screens in the hours before sleeping and goingnto bed at the same time every day does help over time.
The important it's how many full sleeping cycles you can have.
This is so me. Fatigue has become an integral part of my life 🤦🏼♀️
This is quite curious. And as we get older, it gets worse. 😅
