A continuación socializaremos un poco sobre la dactilopintura, considerado como un recurso pedagógico que contribuye al desarrollo integral de los niños. Además, es una fabulosa estrategia para los niños dentro del trastorno del espectro autista, puesto que favorece el desarrollo de la motricidad fina, la creatividad, la estimulación sensorial, la valoración personal, las habilidades socioemocionales contribuyendo con la interacción social y la comunicación. También ayuda a liberar tensiones y estrés, tanto en niños como en adultos, ya que al pintar se liberan las hormonas de la felicidad. Con ello, se entra en un estado de tranquilidad y de calma que beneficia la paz mental. Específicamente, considero que la dactilopintura forma parte de las actividades o técnicas de la arteterapia, las cuales oriento en los talleres o formaciones que tengo la oportunidad de facilitar o particpar, por ser una experiencia multisensorial, pues te permite manipular, sentir, palpar y experimentar con sus diferentes texturas, sensaciones y temperaturas, mientras gestionas las emociones, a su vez te conectas con la psicología del color y te permite explorar en el mundo de la expresión grafica.

Next, we will discuss finger painting, which is considered an educational resource that contributes to children's overall development. It is also a fabulous strategy for children with autism spectrum disorder, as it promotes the development of fine motor skills, creativity, sensory stimulation, self-esteem, and social-emotional skills, contributing to social interaction and communication. It also helps to release tension and stress in both children and adults, as painting releases happiness hormones. This leads to a state of tranquility and calm that benefits mental peace. Specifically, I consider finger painting to be part of art therapy activities or techniques, which I teach in the workshops or training sessions I have the opportunity to facilitate or participate in, as it is a multisensory experience that allows you to manipulate, feel, touch, and experiment with different textures, sensations, and temperatures while managing emotions, connecting with color psychology, and exploring the world of graphic expression.

Por ello, es de vital importancia conversar con los padres o tutores para conocer las particularidades de cada estudiante. Por ejemplo, en una ocasión conocí a un niño que era hipersensible a la pega líquida, a la cual su representante se refería como una "alergia". Debido a esta situación, tuvimos que diseñar una actividad alternativa en la que pudiera participar de forma segura y cómoda.

Therefore, it is vitally important to talk to parents or guardians to learn about each student's particularities. For example, I once met a child who was hypersensitive to liquid glue, which his representative referred to as an “allergy.” Because of this situation, we had to design an alternative activity in which he could participate safely and comfortably.

For this new installment, I bring you an activity that we carried out with the Integrated Classrooms team at an institution in my municipality. Es oportuno mencionar que lleve diferentes materiales para esta actividad, utilizamos como lienzo un papel bond, las estudiantes comenzaron a dibujar un árbol inclusivo utilizando pinceles, aquí le explique el proceso: Uso, función y dirección del pincel a la hora de pintar, ya que considero que este recurso se convierte como una extensión de la mano y de la autonomía cognitiva del artista, que deja una linda huella, la cual se observa en la obra de arte o el resultado.

It is worth mentioning that I brought different materials for this activity. We used bond paper as our canvas, and the students began to draw an inclusive tree using paintbrushes. Here, I explained the process to them: Use, function, and direction of the brush when painting, as I consider this resource to be an extension of the artist's hand and cognitive autonomy, leaving a beautiful mark that can be seen in the artwork or the result.

Es importante destacar que a través de esta estrategia se estimularon múltiples sentidos: la vista, con la cual apreciaron los colores de los diversos matices y observaron el proceso; el tacto, al sentir su temperatura de los diferentes pigmentos; y el olfato, donde se distinguió el aroma u olor de las pinturas. El oído también fue clave, ya que pudimos escuchar el agrado de los niños, además de la explicación que se les proporcionó.

It is important to note that this strategy stimulated multiple senses: sight, with which they appreciated the colors of the various shades and observed the process; touch, as they felt the temperature of the different pigments; and smell, as they distinguished the aroma or odor of the paints. Hearing was also key, as we could hear the children's enjoyment, in addition to the explanation that was provided to them.
