When there is purpose ...

There is, strength and perseverance...

Inside each of us there is a huge, infinite and unlimited energy, I'm talking about "the force", that essence that connects us, that gives us strength, that moves us and also gives us power.

Thinking that this same force is the one that illuminates us and points the way to the light and this force can also drag us into darkness, where the shadow is part of our life.

I don't know it tries to divide us between good and bad people, like in the "Star Wars" movies we all have inside a "Jedi" who seeks peace and a "Sith" who fights for control. And according to the tests that life is giving us, because as we are the protagonists of our film, we go according to the case, of those characters that inhabit us.

The true journey is to recognize him and it is also to walk the path of the hero. Every day we choose whether we will be the ones who bring balance or the ones who understand internal wars in our mind and in our heart. Because when the empire "strikes back" many times, it is not from outside, it is our authoritarianism and totalitarian internal fire, who does it.

My reflection is simple and powerful, let's ask ourselves: How are we feeding this force? Because inside us lives the power to create a new way of living, at peace with ourselves and with the world.

Accepting what happened to us does not mean getting stuck, it means not wasting time on the unnecessary. In fact, there are lists of dimensions for us, but the more we feed our darkness with complaint, the further we are from reaching them.

If you don't choose yourself, no one will do it for you.

To keep putting off what you want to achieve only takes you away from the life you want to live. Choosing you is now. When we say yes to all that, deep layers open up inside us that won't let us fight with the wrong door. That door can take us beyond words, beyond what touched us and what we still complain about.

Let's take care of our thoughts, emotions, actions and of... How do we feed our darkness?

Every day I look at my people, the people I love... I read them in the chat, I talk to them and I get like this emoji 🥹. How proud I am of them…

Because it's not just that I feel proud to have them, it's that I also feel that they have me, because everyone has their own way of being, their talents, their strengths that stand out…

Without a doubt, this is living. This day I wish you who read me, may the force accompany you on the journey, on the hero's path, I'm sure you are special people who do great things, every day.
