I have been to such phase, when I didn't had time for myself neither for the family. Life was more of a robotic and monotonous sequence of activity. Home - traffic - office - meeting - traffic and back home - sleep. I think most of us have been going through same cycyle. It was a sort of continous cycle that never ended. But in process in making our daily ends meet, we are leaving behind many important things in life. Especially being disconnected from the family. People often miss to relaize, but it is important to undersrand that, we have things outside office and spending time with them is as important as spending time in office or in traffic.
