Hello hello hello hello my loves, thread and needle lovers. As always I hope through God's will you are all well, in good health and eager to move forward in spite of the situation you may be going through. I am very happy with every project I have seen.
Today has been a very eloquent day for me, as I have had to run many errands. First I went to take my daughter Rut for a walk to the Museum of the Sea, we had a wonderful time, an experience like no other. Then I had to go to the Mercantil bank to update my data in the system, thank God everything went smoothly. Finally I arrived home to make lunch, we ate and I lay down on my bed to rest for a while. While I had my eyes closed I thought about listening to music with my headphones, I went to look for them and where I left them they were not there, wow I said to myself where are they?. I started my odyssey to find out where they had stopped, I looked inside my drawers until I found them, Glory to God. At that moment I thought I am going to make a cute case to keep my headphones, so they won't get lost. So I searched through my patchwork fabrics.

Cut all the pieces of fabric and glue all the pieces of fabric with glue in a circular shape to 13 cm in diameter, from there cut each circle in half. Hand sew the vichy to one end of the zipper.
For the front, take the gingham fabric, glue it to the pile, then iron it, hand-stitch it to the other end of the zipper, and then machine-stitch it.
After that procedure, I didn't understand how to make the back. I didn't have a full piece of microfiber fabric; I had cut all the circles in half. What a huge mistake! Thank God, I had fabric left over. I had no choice but to cut two microfiber fabric flaps and the wadding. From there, I placed the two microfiber flaps in front of me, and placed the wadding in the middle. I sewed them by hand.
I placed the padded flap facing the upside-down zipper, pinned it, sewed it, and left a 2cm wide hole where I would place a ring. After sewing, I cut off the excess.
With decorative ribbon I made a braid
Con cinta decorativa hice una trenza

Then I made a flange, inserted it through the two-centimeter hole, and sewed a seam.
Turn the fabric right side out, pass the stitching to the braid all around the edge of the case.
I am super happy because despite my physical exhaustion and some difficulties I was able to finish my small but beautiful case. I love it because I can use it in multiple ways, as a purse, keychain among others.
