Greetings!,
I have added one of my new observations to the inaturalist community. Namely one type of interesting spider species.
Argiope ranomafanensis is a species of spider belonging to the Araneidae family. This species is also part of the genus Argiope and the order Araneae or a type of jointed animal with two body segments, four pairs of legs, no wings, and no chewing legs.
This type has a fairly small size but has several beautiful color patterns. There are about 4 color patterns. brown, black, white and a little orange mixture.
In terms of nature. Small spiders are the same as spiders in general. Spiders have extraordinary abilities, they can release webs from their bodies to make nests, which are also useful as prey traps.
There are many types of spiders in nature. various sizes, patterns and types. Of course, spiders are one of the interesting ones to study and observe.
![]() | iNaturalist is a citizen science platform and online social network that allows users to record and share observations about biodiversity, as well as assist in species identification. The platform allows users to upload photos or videos of plants, animals, and other organisms, which can then be identified by a community of other users. In addition, iNaturalist also has an automatic identification feature that uses computer vision to help identify species. |
for Complete Description
Interesting individual, I myself have some photos of cool spiders I've met by accident :) I could be friends with him. We have a saying in Poland, "Happy is the house where spiders are"
Wow that's a good saying, it means they shouldn't be chased away if they make a nest in the house.
Spiders bring good luck because they catch other household pests. 😉
Oh...I understand now :)
