Pienso que cada día es una nueva oportunidad, para sonreír, para llorar, para ser valiente, para arriesgarnos, para intentarlo, para seguir soñando, para dejar lo que nos duele atrás.

Y no se trata de olvidarlo, si no de aceptar las situaciones de la vida y seguir adelante a pesar de lo dura que puede ser en ocasiones.

Pienso que es el primer limitante que tenemos y a veces no lo detectamos, somos nosotros mismo, cuando nos preocupamos demasiado por lo que pueda pasar, o por el "que dirán" dejamos a un lado nuestros ideales para complacer a otros, y esto nos trae frustración y no disfrutamos lo que nos rodea, no disfrutamos lo maravilloso que es dejar las sandalias y sambullirse en la playa así este llena de arena, porque así es ella, y así es la vida, con sus piedras y demás debemos vivirla y buscar estrategias para aligerar la carga pesada, ese cansancio que llevamos en nuestros hombros.

Frente al mar puedo tener muchos pensamientos, y entre ellos que la vida, es un gran viaje que no sabemos cuándo termina, por eso digo que la vida a veces es un instante, ya que su esencia permanece cuando confiamos en nosotros e irradiamos esa misma energía a otros, ya que somos influyentes, en este viaje vamos a descubrir diversos senderos y debemos disernir y descubrir cual es el mejor para nosotros, suele resulta difícil, pero así es la vida, está llena de decisiones, tragos amargos y dulces.

La vida suele ser en ocasiones fugaz , por eso debemos quitarnos las creencias que nos atrapan en un solo lugar y no nos permiten explorar más allá del universo, por eso es importante llegar a nuestro lado más auténtico, sin tener miedo de los cambios, conocer cada parte de nosotros y vernos como un gran tesoro que tiene mucho para ofrecer y aún no descubrimos por completo.

Pienso que algo importante es aceptarnos con las luces que tenemos ciertos días, y porsupuesto con las sombras con las cuales caminamos ciertas noches, esas nos ayudan a crecer y ver más allá de lo superficial, si bien es cierto que la evolución lleva un gran trabajo interno, y debemos estar dispuestos primeramente en realizarlo.

Hoy me amo y me aceptó tal cual soy, me quiero y me respeto, me cuido y me doy todo el amor que merezco, acepto todo a mi alrededor y quiero crecer y descubrir lo mejor de mi, hoy quiero seguir adelante a pesar de los tropiezos, quiero también agradecer por todo lo maravilloso que he tenido en esta vida, por la misericordia infinita de Dios y por su amor que no tiene condiciones, ese amor que traspasa cualquier límite y a veces dudamos, ese amor que siempre está allí para arroparnos, ese amor que solo debemos aceptar para que nos transforme.

Hoy acepto la vida con todos sus matices, que el sol irradie con su luz cada espacio oscuro que hay en mi corazón y que le dé color para que pueda transformarse en perdón y amor, hoy creo fielmente en que todos tenemos un propósito y es ser feliz, brindar felicidad, mediante un corazón puro y lleno de amor eso lo podemos brindar, mediante la paciencia y la calma, mediante la caridad y la hermandad, con esos pequeños gestos que podemos realizar en nuestra vida cotidiana nuestra vida puede tener un giro de 180 grados.

Today I want to share with you this Reflection. "Life in an instant

I think that every day is a new opportunity to smile, to cry, to be brave, to take risks, to try, to keep dreaming, to leave what hurts us behind.

And it is not about forgetting, but to accept life situations and move forward despite how hard it can be sometimes.

I think the first limiting factor that we have and sometimes we do not detect it, is ourselves, when we worry too much about what might happen, or "what people will say" we put aside our ideals to please others, and this brings us frustration and we do not enjoy what surrounds us, we do not enjoy how wonderful it is to leave our sandals and dive into the beach, even if it is full of sand, because that is how it is, and that is how life is, with its stones and others, we must live it and look for strategies to lighten the heavy load, that tiredness we carry on our
shoulders.

In front of the sea I can have many thoughts, and among them that life is a great journey that we do not know when it ends, so I say that life is sometimes an instant, as its essence remains when we trust us and radiate that same energy to others, as we are influential, on this journey we will discover different paths and we must discern and discover which is the best for us, it is often difficult, but that's life, it is full of decisions, bitter and sweet drinks.

Life is sometimes fleeting, so we must remove the beliefs that trap us in one place and do not allow us to explore beyond the universe, so it is important to reach our most authentic side, without being afraid of change, know every part of us and see ourselves as a great treasure that has much to offer and we have not yet fully discovered.

I think that something important is to accept ourselves with the lights that we have some days, and of course with the shadows with which we walk some nights, those help us to grow and see beyond the superficial, although it is true that evolution takes a great internal work, and we must be willing first to do it.

Today I love and accept myself as I am, I love and respect myself, I take care of myself and give myself all the love I deserve, I accept everything around me and I want to grow and discover the best of me, today I want to move forward despite the stumbles, I also want to thank for everything wonderful that I have had in this life, for the infinite mercy of God and for his love that has no conditions, that love that goes beyond any limit and sometimes we doubt, that love that is always there to wrap us, that love that we just have to accept so that it transforms use.

Today I accept life with all its nuances, may the sun radiate with its light every dark space in my heart and give it color so that it can be transformed into forgiveness and love, today I faithfully believe that we all have a purpose and that is to be happy, to bring happiness, through a pure heart full of love that we can provide, through patience and calm, through charity and brotherhood, with these small gestures that we can make in our daily lives our life can have a 180 degree turn.
