Retomando las palabras del post de invitación a esta iniciativa. Los instintos vienen arraigados al ser humano desde los inicios. Estos han sido la causa fundamental de la supervivencia y evolución de la especie. El instinto de alimentarse hizo al hombre estirarse para alcanzar el fruto de los árboles y cazar con el mismo fin. Se guareció en las cuevas cuando llovía o las usaba como escondite, peleó cuando fue necesario y huyó por conservar su vida. Entonces los instintos nos ayudan a sobrevivir desde entonces en un mundo que está en constante cambio y transformación.

Para todo en la vida tenemos un instinto. El hecho de tomar una decisión requiere de mucho instinto, experiencia y práctica. El ser humano nunca se mueve en vano, siempre persigue algún objetivo y para conseguirlo se basa en lo que anteriormente menciono.

Muchas veces me ha sucedido que antes de hacer algo, o ir por algún camino, mi instinto me ha dicho: "no lo hagas así, no camines por ahí". Es como un aviso previo de que algo está por suceder. Algo que me puede hacer daño o no salir como yo esperaba, entonces llega esa voz interior y te incentiva a cambiar los planes y la ruta.

Muchas veces me ha salvado de situaciones incómodas y caminos sin salida, así que se puede decir que nunca falla.

Tampoco dejar de mencionar el instinto materno, que a mi entender es de los más fuertes que existen debido a la conexión que tiene una madre con su hija o hijo y el vínculo durante nueve meses en su interior. Una madre siempre sabe cuando su criatura corre peligro y avisa con tiempo. Incluso mucho antes de que el problema aparezca.

Escuchar a nuestros instintos y comenzar a movernos según dicte es una buena forma de evitar problemas y malos momentos. En ambientes tóxicos es importante dejarse guiar por ellos.

El instinto de trabajar para sostener la vida también es de los más importantes. De ahí sale el sustento necesario para satisfacer las necesidades básicas y poder llevar un estilo de vida adecuado. Este te hace despertar temprano, elegir ropa, peinarte, salir a tomar un transporte o caminar si la distancia es corta. Llegar hasta el lugar y tratar de cumplir las responsabilidades lo mejor posible para que no te llamen la atención, y más aún si la remuneración depende de la calidad con que se trabaje.

El instinto de comunidad hace también que las personas se reúnan según intereses, costumbres, formas de vida o maneras de pensar. Así mismo ayudamos a quienes son miembros de nuestra misma comunidad. Les mostramos más afecto, más empatía y eso solamente de saber que actúan parecido a nosotros.

El instinto de buscar a Dios también creo debe ser mencionado. Ya sea desde una religión u otra, pero muchas personas buscan estar más cerca del bien y de lo divino. Se percibe que hay algo mayor que reina sobre todo y se busca y se sigue y se actúa según sus mandatos. También se hace lo posible por integrar a a más personas a que crean y se salven.

Mi mamá, por ejemplo, en esto de los instintos, madre al fin, tiene más de diez. Su instinto más frecuente es el de economizar. Yo no, yo soy más como la canción "7 rings" de Ariana Grande : lo veo, me gusta, lo quiero, lo tengo. Ella siempre me hace reflexionar en que existe un mañana, y que mañana debemos seguir viviendo, y así muchas veces más racionaliza, previendo el día siguiente.

El instinto es esa voz interior que todos tenemos que nos guía o nos previene y nos ayuda a tomar casi siempre decisiones acertadas. Cuando te impulsa a un desacierto al final terminas aprendiendo que haber seguido tu instinto te salvó de no haberte equivocado.

Cierro con estas palabras de mi mamá que son más coherentes y atinadas que cualquier resumen redundante que pudiera hacer yo. Gracias a quienes me leen.

For everything in life we have an instinct. Making a decision requires a lot of instinct, experience and practice. The human being never moves in vain, always pursues some goal and to achieve it is based on what I mentioned above.

Many times it has happened to me that before doing something, or going down some path, my instinct has told me: "don't do it that way, don't walk that way". It is like an advance warning that something is about to happen. Something that can hurt me or not go as I expected, then that inner voice comes and encourages you to change your plans and route.

Many times it has saved me from uncomfortable situations and dead ends, so you can say that it never fails.

Nor fail to mention the maternal instinct, which in my opinion is one of the strongest that exist because of the connection a mother has with her daughter or son and the bond for nine months inside. A mother always knows when her child is in danger and gives early warning. Even long before the problem appears.

Listening to our instincts and starting to move as it dictates is a good way to avoid problems and bad moments. In toxic environments it is important to be guided by them.

The instinct to work to sustain life is also one of the most important. It provides the necessary sustenance to satisfy basic needs and to be able to lead a proper lifestyle. This makes you wake up early, choose clothes, comb your hair, go out to take transportation or walk if the distance is short. You get to the place and try to fulfill your responsibilities to the best of your ability so as not to be noticed, and even more so if your remuneration depends on the quality of your work.

The community instinct also makes people get together according to interests, customs, ways of life or ways of thinking. In the same way, we help those who are members of the same community. We show them more affection, more empathy and that only from knowing that they act similar to us.

The instinct to seek God should also be mentioned. Whether from one religion or another, but many people seek to be closer to the good and the divine. One perceives that there is something greater that reigns over all and one seeks and follows and acts according to its commands. They also do their best to integrate more people to believe and be saved.

My mother, for example, has more than ten instincts when it comes to instincts. Her most frequent instinct is to economize. Not me, I'm more like the song "7 rings" by Ariana Grande: I see it, I like it, I want it, I have it.
