Viernes de fotos.[Esp/Eng]

Mi entrada en Hive a condicionado algo en lo que nunca antes había pensado: tomar fotos.Por eso, durante este último año cada vez que transito por las calles siempre me imagino que estoy perdiendo un buen momento para hacerlas con mi móvil... y me verás intentado hacer tímidos flashes en determinados momentos a escondidas de la gente.Y exactamente ese es un problema, porque cuando algunas de sus miradas me descubren siento que invado sus espacios sin autorización legal.

Debe ser porque no me ven con una cámara profesional, y menos tengo pinta de fotógrafa, y eso les puede hacer creer que ando conspirando contra sus universos existenciales como una espía, pero lo peor es que ni espía parezco, una novata de facultad tal vez.

Pero es muy interesante repasar después las fotos y ver como la gente luce más auténtica sin haber posado para la foto...y esa es la magia que me gusta... porque lo que ves es la realidad de un rostro triste, absorto, sofocado, pensativo, analítico, o feliz transitando en el breve espacio que le corresponde de manera natural.

Supuestamente los viernes la gente regresa a casa con el buen ánimo de saber que tendrá un descanso.Dos días para recargarse y poner su casa en orden, o tal vez para pasear y relajarse un poco.Dos días que duran muy poco, pero que se esperan con ansiedad.

Y aunque no te encuentras con muchas caritas felices, la gente sigue viviendo con el espíritu noble de la vida.Porque antes de morir hay que vivir.

Pero es hermoso captar lo cotidiano, lo que se repite todos los días, lo que sientes cansón y ordinario, pero sí te falta lo extrañarás como un alma perdida entre el cielo y el mar.

¡Mira a la gente! se encuentran, se saludan, y se cuentan cosas, como si fueran necesidades básicas y sociales del ser...perdon, lo son.Es humano porque es cálido, es simple porque no cuesta nada, es temporal porque vale nuestro tiempo.

Es raro ver en Blanco y Negro paredes con consignas, sobre todo aquellas que ya no significan nada, pero que alguien persiste en restaurar una y otra vez aunque las lluvias y el sol intenten una y otra vez borrarlas.La lluvia y el sol solo pueden ser vencidos por la tozudes de los humanos.

El sol sigue siendo a esta hora de la tarde fuerte, y las sombrillas nos acompañan para suavizar el golpe de calor...en muchos se nota el cansancio, el peso de sus cargas, el deseo de llegar a donde sea para quitar el sudor frío de sus rostros..la ropa húmeda del cansancio, los zapatos calientes de tanto caminar.

Me gusta tomar fotos de las cosas simples, de lo que no es vistoso, colorido, o agradable, porque en blanco y negro tiene un aspecto más profundo, más real, más significativo, aunque te parezca al revés.

Me gusta la gente, me gustan los niños, me gustan mis pies sobre el fango, mis tenis altos para los tiempos de lluvia, que aunque se vean desgastados me hacen sentir segura y alejada de la humedad...son las cosas que nunca regresarán las que disfruto, porque unos tenis como estos nunca los volveré a encontrar...

Es hermoso el camino a casa, aunque sea el mismo de todos los días, aunque muchas fachadas luzcan tristes y sucias, aunque los carteles no tengan sentido, aunque la gente se sienta agotada, aunque el sol esté atiborrado de nubes grises...es mi espacio pequeño sobre este mundo y parte de él te lo muestro a través de mi mínima visión de la fotografía.

Friday Photos.

My entry into Hive has conditioned something I'd never thought about before: taking photos. That's why, for the past year, every time I walk down the street, I always imagine that I'm missing a good moment to take them with my phone... and you'll see me trying to take timid flashes at certain moments, hiding from people. And that's exactly a problem, because when some of their glances discover me, I feel like I'm invading their spaces without legal authorization.

It must be because they don't see me with a professional camera, and I certainly don't look like a photographer, and that might make them believe that I'm plotting against their existential universes like a spy, but the worst part is that I don't even look like a spy, maybe a college freshman.

But it's very interesting to look back at the photos afterwards and see how people look more authentic without having posed for the photo... and that's the magic I like... because what you see is the reality of a sad, absorbed, suffocated, thoughtful, analytical, or happy face moving through the brief space that naturally corresponds to it.

Supposedly, on Fridays, people return home with the good spirits of knowing they'll have a break. Two days to recharge and put their house in order, or perhaps to take a walk and relax a little. Two days that last very little, but are eagerly awaited.

And even though you don't see many happy faces, people continue to live with the noble spirit of life.
Because before you die, you have to live.

But it's beautiful to capture the everyday, what repeats itself every day, what feels tiresome and ordinary, but if you miss it, you'll miss it like a soul lost between the sky and the sea.

Look at the people! They meet, greet each other, and share things, as if they were basic social needs of human beings... sorry, they are. It's human because it's warm, it's simple because it costs nothing, it's temporary because it's worth our time.

It is rare to see Black and White walls with slogans, especially those that no longer mean anything, but that someone persists in restoring again and again even though the rain and the sun try again and again to erase them. Rain and sun can only be defeated by the stubbornness of humans.

The sun is still strong at this time of the afternoon, and the umbrellas accompany us to soften the heat... Many people feel tired, the weight of their loads, the desire to get somewhere to wipe the cold sweat from their faces... their clothes damp from fatigue, their shoes hot from walking so much.

I like taking photos of simple things, of things that aren't showy, colorful, or pleasant, because in black and white they have a deeper, more real, more meaningful aspect, even if it seems the other way around.

I like people, I like children, I like my feet in the mud, my high-top sneakers for rainy weather, which, even if they look worn, make me feel safe and away from the wet... these are the things that will never return that I enjoy, because sneakers like these I will never find again...

The way home is beautiful, even if it's the same one every day, even if many facades look sad and dirty, even if the signs don't make sense, even if people feel exhausted, even if the sun is filled with gray clouds... it's my small space in this world and I show you part of it through my minimal photography vision.
