Recently, with the arrival of the new reward cards from the Conclave Arcana set, I refocused and, fueled by the hype, started playing the main Ranked formats to get Glints. This is because Frontier doesn't reward you with Glints for winning, and this would allow me to get my first cards from this set. This meant renting cards and SPS to increase my wins and the amount of Glints I earned per battle. However, since I didn't have much time to play, I decided to enter the Wild format with cards I already knew and whose use I had mastered in my teams. Therefore, I paid for the Wild Pass and rented 200k SPS.

Hace poco, por la llegada de las nuevas tarjetas de recompensas del conjunto de Conclave Arcana, volví a enfocarme, y por el Hype a jugar a los formatos de Ranked principales para conseguir Glints porque en el Frontier no te recompensan con Glints al ganar, y así obtener mis primeras tarjetas de este set y esto significaba rentar tarjetas y SPS para aumentar mis victorias y la cantidad de Glints por batallas pero como no tenia mucho tiempo para jugar me decidí por entrar al formato Wild con tarjetas que ya conocía y que ya dominaba su uso en mis equipos por lo que pagué el Wild Pass y renté 200k SPS.

Therefore, I returned to renting the decks I had already built with the cards I used in the Modern format before the arrival of Conclave Arcana and the format change. These decks were mostly from the Chaos Legion set and the Riftwatchers subset. I thought it would be very difficult to climb the leagues, as I would have to face teams with cards from all sets, both older than Chaos Legion and newer ones with very good cards. I thought I would be at a disadvantage because I would be out of practice and wouldn't remember certain strategies, tactics, or how cards from older sets interacted with the abilities introduced by Conclave Arcana and the new reward cards. Meanwhile, I would face players who would know these things, who were already used to them, or who knew about teams with newer card lineups that made them more effective in combat.

Por eso, volví rentando los Deck que ya había armado con las tarjetas que usaba en el formato Modern antes de la llegada del Conclave Arcana y el cambio del formato, que eran del conjunto de Chaos Legion y el subconjunto Riftwatchers en su mayoría. con lo cual pensé que sería muy difícil el poder subir en las ligas, ya que tendría que enfrentar equipos con tarjetas de todos los conjuntos tanto de los más viejos que Chaos Legion como los más nuevos con tarjetas muy buenas, mientras yo pensaba que tendría una desventaja al perder la costumbre y no recordar algunas estrategia, tácticas o saber las interacciones de tarjetas de conjuntos anteriores con las habilidades que llegaron con Conclave Arcana y las nuevas habilidades de las tarjetas de recompensan. Mientras me enfrentaría jugadores que si lo sabrían, ya estaban acostumbrado o que sabían de equipos con alineaciones de tarjetas más nuevas y los hicieran más efectivos en combate.

But to my surprise, whether by luck, my skills, or the matchmaking algorithm, many of my battles were against players with card collections and abilities similar to mine. However, there were also battles against players with cards I didn't have, and they gave me very tough but equally entertaining fights, such as:

Pero para mi sorpresa, ya sea por suerte, por mis habilidades o por el algoritmo del Matchmaking muchos de mis batallas, fueron contra jugadores con colecciones de tarjetas y habilidades parecidos a las mías. A battle against a player with a similar collection, but smaller and with lower levels than mine, so I had somewhat easy battles.

I also battled against players who had collections of Wild cards, but they weren't at their maximum levels, which meant that even though they were very good, it was difficult to beat the max-level cards from newer sets.

even Mirror battles with cards of the same levels in most cases, but with different approaches where I lost but which reminded me not only to try to do the most damage possible, but also to block or heal enemy attacks to distract enemy units while my team damaged them.

incluso batallas Mirros con tarjetas de los mismos niveles en la mayoría, pero con enfoques diferentes donde perdí pero que me recordaban no solo intentar hacer el mayor daño posible, sino que también debía bloquear o sanar los ataques enemigos para entretener a las unidades enemigas mientras mi equipo lo dañaba.

I also had my battles against teams with a very strong Archons and Wild cards that even though I knew and used a strategy to counter it, I still lost.

También tuve mis batallas contra equipos con un Archons y tarjetas Wild muy fuertes que incluso yo sabiendo y usando una estrategia para contrarrestarlo igual me gano.

All these battles helped me avoid overconfidence and remember strategies that I can't use in Frontier, such as healing and armor-based teams, since there aren't enough cards to create them. All this while trying to climb the leagues, which allowed me to reach Champion III and its reward chests for entering, which contained more cards, Energy, and scrolls.

Todas estas batallas me sirvieron para no confiarme y recordar estrategias que en Frontier no puedo usar como equipos basados en sanación y armadura ya que no hay tantas tarjetas para hacerlos; todo esto mientras intentaba subir de ligas lo que me permitió llegar hasta Champion III junto a sus cofres de recompensa por entrar allí lo cual era mas tarjetas, Energy y pergaminos.

I did so well that I even got an extra 150,000 Glints from 19th place in the Diamond League rankings. This means more Draws and a better chance of getting better rewards this season, where I'll try again to reach Champion, but this time aiming for Champion II and getting more Glints to complete my reward card collection faster and use them at their maximum levels against my opponents.

Me fue tan bien que incluso conseguí 150.000 Glints extra del puesto 19 del ranking de la liga Diamond esto significa más Draws y más posibilidades de conseguir mejores recompensas esta nueva temporada donde volver a intentar subir a Champion pero esta vez intentando llegar a Champion II y obtener más Glints para completar mi colección de tarjetas de recompensa más rápido y poder usarlas en sus niveles máximo contra mis oponentes.
