Hello to all my friends at Vibes Web3, an excellent community of talented musicians from all over the world where we can share our passion in life: music. This time I want to share with you a cover of one of my favorite bands, the American group Red Hot Chili Peppers, on my electric guitar. The song I'm featuring below is titled "Snow (Hey Oh)," which was released as a single in November 2006 as part of their double album, Stadium Arcadium. The song has a much softer, more melodic melody, similar to the songs on the album By the Way. I must say that learning the main riff was a bit tricky because of the chord structure and how fast John Frusciante plays it. I think it's something that came across really well in the song, even though the constant repetition makes it even better, in my opinion. As is typical of the band's songs, this song is quite lyrical. Vocalist Anthony Kiedis stated in an interview that the song is about the repeated failures of trying to start your life over and how difficult it is to break free from old ways of thinking and move away from those ideas in order to begin anew. For the song's official video, Warner Bros. chose a live video of the band at the Continental Airlines Arena, a spectacular venue located in New Jersey, United States, shot on October 17 and 18, 2006. The video includes a significant amount of the band's fans and supporters. The video features black and white footage of the fans before the show.

Hola a todos mis amigos y amigas de Vibes web3 una excelente comunidad de grandes músicos talentosos de todas partes del mundo donde podemos compartir lo que nos apasiona en la vida que es la música. En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un cover en mi guitarra eléctrica de una de mis bandas favoritas como es el grupo estadounidense Red Hot Chili Peppers. La canción que traigo a continuación se titula "Snow (Hey Oh)" que fue lanzado como sencillo en noviembre del año 2006 que forma parte de su disco doble Stadium Arcadium. La canción contiene una melodía mucho más suave, considerada más melódica, similar al tipo de canciones del álbum By the Way.
Debo decir que aprenderme el riff principal de la canción fue un poco complicado por la forma de los acordes y lo rápido que lo toca John Frusciante. Creo que es algo que en la canción quedó muy genial a pesar que se repite constantemente hace que la canción mejor a mi parecer. En esta canción como es de costumbre en los temas de la banda hay bastante letra. El vocalista Anthony Kiedis expreso en una estrevista que la canción habla sobre los repetidos fracasos de intentar comenzar tu vida otra vez y de cómo cuesta liberarse de las antiguas maneras de pensar y alejarse esas ideas para comenzar de una buena manera. En el vídeo oficial de la canción la compañía Warner eligió un video en vivo de la banda en el Continental Airlines Arena, un espectacular recinto ubicado en Nueva Jersey, Estados Unidos realizados el 17 de octubre y el 18 de octubre del 2006. En el vídeo incluyen bastante a los fans de la banda y el apoyo a la banda. El vídeo presenta filmaciones de los fanes en blanco y negro antes del show.
