Creating mounds around Pumpkin plants🎃 to prevent breakage and encourage new roots//Creando montículos alrededor de las plantas de Calabaza🎃 para evitar que se quiebren y ayudar a las nuevas raíces

In the previous post I mentioned that the rain of the last few days had removed the soil that covered or protected the roots of the pumpkin plants, so since they were growing very well, there was a risk that they could break due to the height they are gaining, how they do not have a place to rest, so the new roots can grow easily.

En la publicación anterior les comenté sobre qué la lluvia de esos últimos días había quitado la tierra qué recubría ó protegía la raíz de las plantas de Calabaza entonces cómo estaban creciendo muy bien se corría el riesgo de qué se pudieran quebrar debido a la altura qué están ganando, cómo no tienen un sitio dónde digamos descansar y qué las nuevas raíces crezcan fácilmente.

To create what we call a mound, I had to go and look for some fertilized soil to help its development. I also added a little soil to some of the plants that are in, let's say, a pot to protect them and perhaps later plant them somewhere else.

Para crear ese llamemoslo montículo tuve que ir a buscar un poco de tierra abonada para ayudar también a su desarrollo de igual manera le puse un poco de tierra a algunas qué están en digamos una maceta para protegerlas y quizás más adelante sembrarlas en otro lugar.
