Make use of unwanted plants too

I am personally against the use of any poisons and chemicals against weeds in the garden.
I approve of the use of insecticides, but only in extreme cases.
Such as the fight against the potato beetle
Because all these poisons are deposited in the soil and remain for a long time.
That's how we poison the soil and pollute new useful plants from the very start

Here is an example:
I have a wire next to my neighbor that divides part of our yard and the grass always grows into the wire. It is inconvenient to mow and pull it out
I was thinking about getting some chemicals to spray
Then I had an idea, I poured boiling water on the grass, and repeated the process again. And I got almost the same effect as if I had sprayed it with chemicals. The grass started to wither and stop growing.
It is best to wait for sunny days, when there is no rain.
Grass from the yard, lawn we mow and collect it in a basket on the lawn mower.
We sprinkle all that collected grass on the compost
and that's how we make compost for next year.
Every cut plant has something useful in it.

We don't throw weeds in the garden on the compost.Cynodon dactylon and sorghum are all the most common weeds that I battle.
Because they are extremely resistant and want to grow on that compost too
We mostly pull them out, cut them with a hoe,Sometimes we let it dry, then when time permits we burn it.
And I cut them with a spade, which is a tool I made for cutting unwanted plants

We found a method that it is important for the plants to be well cleaned of unwanted plants while they are young or have just sprouted
And then we pull them out and chop them and cut them a lot
Afterwards, when the plant gets stronger, it doesn't mind any unwanted grass
As you can see in my pictures, it's not laboratory-clean, there is always some grass somewhere
That way we reduce our work.
But when the garden needs to be dug, my five-year-old son is there to help.
Although some plants get cut, we are also there to play and spend time together, not just to work.

Stay healthy and don't lose the battle against unwanted plants, but only in a natural way.

I guess I need to try that hot water method. Herbicides are depleting the natural balance of nutrients in the soil - it is proven and tested, as I had a really bad experience. We had to throw away our cucumber harvest after finding out that they tasted bitter. The reason behind this was nutrient imbalance, resulting in the production of cucurbitacins that gave a bitter taste to the cucumbers. We learned our lesson and started the natural hand weeding method.

We should all follow natural methods as much as possible, even though sometimes it is really difficult
