Por un 2026 con mayor claridad || For a clearer 2026

Deseándoles a todos los amigos de Hive y en especial a los que hacen vida en la comunidad, un 2026 lleno de logros y prosperidad, que sus emprendimientos se consoliden y aquellos que tienen en mente emprender este año, que no lo piensen mucho y entren en acción. ¡Éxitos para cada uno!

Entrar en acción es concretar las ideas, que estas no se pierdan en un mar de deseos, en un quisiera que no llega o peor aún, ponerte límites desde un “no puedo”, “este no es momento”, o seguir esperando para “tiempo mejores”.

Es cierto, las circunstancias están allí y posiblemente tengamos ante nosotros situaciones que no son fáciles transformar para que estén a nuestro favor, sin embargo, solo comenzando es que vamos a detectar obstáculos reales y con ello viene el surgimiento de alternativas para sortearlos. Y no se trata de accionar “a lo loco”, se trata de tener una intención clara, organizar las ideas y tomar decisiones.

Tres ramas de un mismo tronco, el del árbol de tus propósitos, ahondemos un poco en ellas:

Una intención clara, comienza con saber, reconocer, definir y darle respuesta a dos preguntas claves, ¿dónde estoy y dónde quiero estar?, la primera nos habla de nuestro presente, ese hoy que confrontamos, permitiéndonos aterrizar en la realidad que nos mueve a la acción.

En nuestro caso, la enfocamos al emprendimiento que llevamos adelante o aquel que tenemos en mente iniciar y en esta área podemos puntualizar dónde estoy con respecto a los recursos que dispongo para este fin, entre estos se encuentran:

Recursos materiales: dinero, espacio físico, equipos, tecnología y cualquier bien material que apoye nuestra causa.

Recursos personales: preparación, habilidades, destrezas, disposición, actitud, tiempo, ideas, creatividad y las famosas fortalezas de carácter, como el nivel de resiliencia, constancia, responsabilidad, compromiso.

Al preguntarte dónde quiero estar, que es futuro, metas, objetivos y proyección, más que entrar en la ensoñación es concretar tus ideas con respecto a esos recursos que posees y como te pueden servir en tu emprendimiento, también nos sirve para detectar lo que requerimos para llegar a dónde queremos. Aclarando así nuestra intención y propósito.

Es posible que surjan demasiadas ideas a tal punto que nos quedemos sin saber por dónde comenzar y es cuando entramos al espacio de la organización, que no es más que jerarquizar en un continuo coherente, de tal manera que cada paso que demos, nos acerque a lo que queremos.

Este punto es de vital importancia porque nos permite trazar un camino para la acción, armar un plan acción, que evita la improvisación y nos mantiene enfocados.

Tomar decisiones. A este nivel la decisión más relevante es comenzar a andar. Recordemos que una idea es valiosa cuando la llevamos a la acción, cuando se queda en la mente no es más que una ilusión.

No importa que tan grande sea la decisión ni cuánto nos hace avanzar, lo significativo es que la tomamos y si resultó acertada, anotamos un punto a nuestro favor y si resultó poco acertada solo fue un error que tiene su valor como experiencia de aprendizaje, en ambos casos, son motivadores y retos para seguir adelante.

El año se está iniciando y por lo general, con él renovamos nuestras intenciones, promesas, sueños, posibilidades, oportunidades, ¿Qué tal, si a tantas ideas y proyectos le haces piso al emprendimiento y lo pones a andar? Brindemos por un 2026 con mayor claridad.

Taking action means putting ideas into practice, ensuring they don't get lost in a sea of wishes, in a “I wish” that never comes true, or worse, setting limits for yourself with “I can't,” “this isn't the right time,” or continuing to wait for “better times.”

It's true, circumstances are there, and we may face situations that are not easy to transform to our advantage. However, it is only by starting that we will detect real obstacles, and with that comes the emergence of alternatives to overcome them. And it's not about acting “crazy”; it's about having a clear intention, organizing your ideas, and making decisions.

Three branches of the same trunk, that of the tree of your purposes, let's delve a little deeper into them:

A clear intention begins with knowing, recognizing, defining, and answering two key questions: Where am I and where do I want to be? The first tells us about our present, the today we face, allowing us to ground ourselves in the reality that moves us to action.

In our case, we focus on the venture we are pursuing or the one we have in mind to start, and in this area we can pinpoint where I am in terms of the resources I have available for this purpose, among which are:

Material resources: money, physical space, equipment, technology, and any material goods that support our cause.

Personal resources: preparation, skills, abilities, willingness, attitude, time, ideas, creativity, and the famous strengths of character, such as resilience, perseverance, responsibility, and commitment.

When you ask yourself where you want to be, which is the future, goals, objectives, and projections, rather than entering into a daydream, you need to concretize your ideas regarding the resources you have and how they can serve you in your endeavor. This also helps us detect what we need to get where we want to go, thus clarifying our intention and purpose.

It is possible that so many ideas will arise that we will not know where to start, and that is when we enter the space of organization, which is nothing more than prioritizing in a coherent continuum, so that each step we take brings us closer to what we want.

This point is vitally important because it allows us to chart a course of action, put together an action plan, avoid improvisation, and stay focused.

Make decisions. At this level, the most important decision is to start moving forward. Remember that an idea is valuable when we put it into action; when it remains in our minds, it is nothing more than an illusion.

It doesn't matter how big the decision is or how much it moves us forward. What matters is that we make it, and if it turns out to be the right one, we score a point in our favor. If it turns out to be the wrong one, it was just a mistake that has value as a learning experience. In both cases, they are motivators and challenges to keep moving forward.

The year is beginning, and with it, we usually renew our intentions, promises, dreams, possibilities, and opportunities. How about taking all those ideas and projects and turning them into a business venture and getting it off the ground? Let's toast to a clearer 2026.
