Amigos de @beentrepreneur quiero hablarles hoy sobre la credibilidad del emprendedor y cómo en el mundo empresarial, la credibilidad es uno de los activos más valiosos. En ella se sustenta la transparencia y la confianza, estos aspectos son fundamentales para establecer relaciones sólidas, importantes y duraderas con los clientes, proveedores e inversores.

Una contabilidad bien estructurada y mantenida contribuye a aumentar la confianza.

La contabilidad, muchas veces, es subestimada por los emprendedores, sobre todo por quienes trabajamos en el sector del arte, la creación de contenidos, porque mayormente invertimos talento, tiempo y creatividad más que capital.

Hace poco mi amigo @abelarte abrió su negocio de tenedor de libros, desconozco si ha tenido el éxito que él esperaba. Pero sí sé que esa es muy buena opción para quienes no estamos preparados del todo para llevar la contabilidad de nuestro negocio.

Por otra parte, recuerdo a ese emprendedor de mi pueblo, con mucho capital para invertir y aparentemente con muy buenas opciones, pero que llevó su negocio a la banca rota porque no solo es llevar la cuenta de ingresos y egresos, sino de ofrecer una visión clara y precisa del estado financiero de la empresa.
Tener en orden la información contable permite tomar decisiones, identificar oportunidades y anticipar posibles riesgos.

El año pasado precisamente corrí el riesgo de tener que pagar a la ONAT lo que es aquí es Cuba, la Organización Nacional Tributaria una cantidad considerable por sobrepasar el límite de los ingresos mínimos.
La suma ascendía a los 5 mil pesos, todo por no tener un orden, ni información sobre los tributos que debía aportar.
Si hubiera llevado una buena contabilidad, ello me hubiera facilitado el cumplimiento de estas obligaciones fiscales a tiempo.
Como emprendedora, ahora tengo más claro mis responsabilidades ante la administración tributaria que, si no son adecuadamente gestionadas, pueden resultar en sanciones y problemas legales. Tuve que acudir a varios amigos que me mostraran la manera de cómo llevar la contabilidad y mis estados de cuenta.

Tener una contabilidad limpia y organizada asegura que los impuestos sean pagados a tiempo y evita conflictos innecesarios con las autoridades fiscales.

Ahora llevo un sistema contable eficaz que me ayuda a mantener el control sobre mis recursos.

He realizado un seguimiento de los gastos y los pagos recibidos, por cada UPA (Unidad de Apoyo a la Cultura) con las que he trabajado. Esto me ha proporcionado una imagen completa de la salud financiera y de seguridad a la hora de exigir el cumplimiento de los contratos. Ha sido esencial para mi gestión interna y también es un factor determinante cuando se trata de atraer nuevos contratos.

Desde otro punto de vista, la contabilidad también es una herramienta de comunicación. Aparte de ser necesaria para el uso interno, me ha permitido como emprendedora presentar mi situación financiera de manera clara y comprensible. Aunque mi inversión no es monetaria mayormente me ha abierto las puertas del banco, que es un potencial inversor para planes futuros. Sobre todo da la imagem de que los artistas no solo sabemos de arte y que también se nos puede confiar la economía.
Ellos viendo nuestra destreza entenderán nuestro desempeño y la proyección del negocio y de esta manera fabrico mi historial crediticio quenes como construir mi fiabilidad.

En fin en medio de todo he podido experimentar que la contabilidad no debe ser vista como una obligación, sino como oportunidad para observar el rendimiento de nuestro negocio y las áreas que más requieren atención. Aprender a realizar análisis financiero de mi negocio es el siguiente paso que daré. No hay que perder oportunidad para identificar tendencias, y mejorar el rendimiento de mi emprendimiento.
