True... it's the first time it ever happened in Cebu... I mean yung roof-level na baha. And sa area namin sabi nung neighbor namin na dun na lumaki, she has never experienced that kind of flood ever... pero nakuha pa nmin magpatawa... kasi yung postiso nya nasa ref, hindi nya na.save... 🤣
